W Bangkok Hotel

Stayed at W Bangkok recently and had a mixed experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and decent overall cleanliness. It’s still a pleasant space to relax after a long day out in the city. However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The room fixtures feel quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade as soon as possible—it doesn’t quite match the premium image the hotel is going for. One inconvenience was that Grab deliveries are not sent up to the room. Orders are left at the drop-off point, which can be a hassle, especially at night or after a long day. The pool area was another downside. It was too dark and dimly lit at night, making it difficult to see clearly. I actually hit my toe on the steps, which could have been avoided with better lighting. Overall, a comfortable stay but falls short in terms of maintenance and guest convenience. Would consider staying again only if improvements are made.

Was nice enough for a staycation and the atmosphere is good for sure. Room was nice tho there are better hotels to stay at in Bangkok for a similar price range

Great hotel with great service and amenities. A special mention to the pool and also the associated spa which had the most sophisticated Jacuzzi, heated seats and also dry and wet sauna rooms. They’d also very kindly organised a special amenity for our special occasion. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, also very convenient location with great public transport nearby.

Hotel hardware seems a bit dated but the location with covered walkway to chong nonsi BTS station is really convenient . Bed is very comfortable The service is really good and felt welcome from each and everyone from W Bangkok team
