Terrible service! The photos are completely misleading. There's a secret door in the room, right opposite the bed – it felt really unsafe. When I tried to talk to the front desk, they refused to refund my money or let me change rooms. They clearly spent all their money on the ground floor, it's all false advertising.

The hotel is conveniently located near the last stop of the Bangkok Airport Rail Link, about an 800-meter walk away. It's also not too far to walk to Siam Paragon and the Erawan Shrine, probably around half an hour. The room was clean and tidy, but the two single beds were so close together that it felt almost like a king-size bed.

The room size is suitable for one or two people. The entire building is laid out in a 'hui' (回) shape, with many rooms, and the soundproofing is decent. The bathroom facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. I've stayed here before, and it seems the lobby and elevator areas have been renovated in recent years, which gives it a more upscale feel. There's a 5th-floor outdoor pool and a 12th-floor rooftop pool. The rooftop pool gets too much sun during the day, so it's not used much. The housekeeping staff are very responsible and clean the rooms thoroughly every day. All the services are quite good, and explanations are clear. There's a rather large UV disinfection lamp in the corridor, which I often see in different locations, indicating it's frequently moved and used. Sometimes when returning at night, I pass by the small hall on the second floor and see staff on ladders cleaning the crevices of the high-up decorative lights. This shows their commitment to cleanliness. The hotel's second-floor skywalk connects directly to the BTS, making it very convenient to take the train. It closes at 10 PM.

The location is excellent, just one stop away from the Siam shopping district, about a ten-minute walk. It's very convenient for first-time visitors to Bangkok. The lobby is grand, and the breakfast is also quite good, with excellent service. Although the room feels a bit dated and there's no hairdryer, I booked a premium room and the duvet was fully covered, unlike what some other reviews mentioned about blankets being exposed. I even brought disposable bedding but didn't need it. The room is also quite spacious, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy.
