Hampton Inn & Suites Berkshires-Lenox

The room had very inadequate seating in the room. Only 2 small chairs and no couch. Not comfortable. Other than that it was OK.

The room was large and very clean. Parking convenient and breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay in this hotel when in the area again.

Everything was great, clean, the staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay !

Room was very clean, staff helpful, coffee bar out of cream, the parking lot was in a disarray due to construction. The worse part was the driveway up to the hotel, it was full of huge potholes

In the process of remodeling, but my room which was already renovated was very nice, as was the breakfast room.

This hotel is being renovated. The rooms are more spacious - they took out the dressers and the floor plan makes more sense. I don't know if they are planning to fix the TVs. You cannot log into Netflix or other streaming services. You can't Chrome Cast. It was very frustrating. The breakfast spread is nice.

Staff was excellent. Room and noise was problem. Several occasions too. To start the first and second day was drilling all day. Then dog barking in a room all day. Thn the last night someone very disrespectful woke me up at 230 in the morning and i couldnt get back to sleep
