In the process of remodeling, but my room which was already renovated was very nice, as was the breakfast room.

This hotel is being renovated. The rooms are more spacious - they took out the dressers and the floor plan makes more sense. I don't know if they are planning to fix the TVs. You cannot log into Netflix or other streaming services. You can't Chrome Cast. It was very frustrating. The breakfast spread is nice.

Staff was excellent. Room and noise was problem. Several occasions too. To start the first and second day was drilling all day. Then dog barking in a room all day. Thn the last night someone very disrespectful woke me up at 230 in the morning and i couldnt get back to sleep

The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Checkin was quick and effortless :) My only complaints are we had a room near where they were doing construction, so that was kinda noisy. Also, when I reserved a room online I made sure I got one with the fridge and microwave. I didn't notcie4 until after we settled in and wanted to heat up leftovers that we didn't have a microwave :( :( At that point I was too tired from traveling to call down to the front desk.

Our room was very large and clean and the beds and pillows quite comfortable. Our bathtub had a problem switching from shower to tub, but it was fixed while we were out, so that was great -- it was a nice deep and well-contoured bathtub. We also got a microwave immediately upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool's water was a comfortable but not too warm temperature, as was the surrounding air. The buffet was fine. The only (extra nice) addition we'd have liked would have been fruit cocktail or a better fruit variety; only over-ripe bananas were on offer for fruit the two mornings we were there. But the rest of the buffet was perfect. (I really liked that the scrambled eggs had no cheese added as happens too often; these probably had just a little salt.) There was a nice variety of bakery items too. Some kind of repair was needed near our room which required loud hammering for a few minutes beginning at 9am, when our teenager was still sleeping, so that was disappointing. Thankfully it didn't last long though. .

This hotel was very basic. The room was fine, clean, the bed comfortable. The hotel seems a bit dated. The elevator is very slow. Also there was snow and it would have helped if the staff shoveled out where the cars were parked. I had trouble getting out of my spot after the snow.

Staff were very friendly and flexible. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Easy checking and checking out. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again and again.
