Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel

Property was clean nice view from restaurant. The weight staff in the restaurant was very few. We had a party of 7. 4 got their food and three waited another 10 or more minutes for theirs.. had to go get the the waitress for dessert, menus. We were in the restaurant three hours.. food was OK nothing I would rave about. Air-conditioning thermostat did not properly work. It would get cold and then it would be hot before it would come back on five or more degrees difference in the temperature overnight.

Friendly staff, clean environment, good restaurant. The room was clean. No negative issues other than I prepaid for 2 breakfasts and they were only good for one day each. We missed the first day's breakfast and asked for a refund for that breakfast and was told it could not be refunded.

Broken shower with poor pressure, ceiling had water leaks, poor qualitty rooms, thought i was in a super 8. Hotel did not have baby cribs. Would not reccomend.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice view of fountains which is very well maintained too.

The staff delivered great customer service. The food served in the restaurant was delicious!

Check-in was easy. They were extremely polite and very accommodating. The hotel is lovely. The room was clean. The sheets were super soft. The bed was very comfortable overall it was an excellent day.

If you prefer social & trendy over practicality & comfort, then this is your place. This is a large hotel with a busy & noisy reception area with bar and it is popular for gatherings. The restaurant is available for an additional fee. The building and rooms are trendy in decor but beds & pillows lack comfort. Room layout was poor as each bed lacked access on one side; one bed had a consistently brightly blinking detector over it. The place is clean and staffed well, but it does not meet most preferences.

This hotel was wonderful the staff was very helpful I really enjoy my stay. I will come back again. The room was clean

Nice hotel. Very clean. Great staff. Quiet. I would give it five stars except the pillows on the bed, for me, were not comfortable. My husband did not like them either. They are feather and they collapse. Bring your own pillow and you will have a wonderful night's stay.
