Check-in was easy. They were extremely polite and very accommodating. The hotel is lovely. The room was clean. The sheets were super soft. The bed was very comfortable overall it was an excellent day.

If you prefer social & trendy over practicality & comfort, then this is your place. This is a large hotel with a busy & noisy reception area with bar and it is popular for gatherings. The restaurant is available for an additional fee. The building and rooms are trendy in decor but beds & pillows lack comfort. Room layout was poor as each bed lacked access on one side; one bed had a consistently brightly blinking detector over it. The place is clean and staffed well, but it does not meet most preferences.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Great staff. Quiet. I would give it five stars except the pillows on the bed, for me, were not comfortable. My husband did not like them either. They are feather and they collapse. Bring your own pillow and you will have a wonderful night's stay.

Hotel was very modern and upscale. Staff very friendly and restaurant service was 5 star. I would definitely recommend and will be back to stay again.
