Red Carpet Inn and Suites Plymouth

Owner seems to work hard with his family. Lives on site. Has others living there too. Tried to make room better just came up short. I assume on monies. Bed was great sheets were nice. As I always say you get what you pay for. 69$ and a great bed winner. People living at property not so great.

The staff is amazing, very accommodating! We stayed to ski at Tenney and it was a great experience. Affordable clean stay. We will return . If you are looking to ski at Tenney and not spend an arm and a leg on your stay this is the place!

Room met my needs, thank you. Friendly staff. There appears to be a disconnect between ******* Booking and the Hotel. I requested and was told 'no problem' if I could have a first floor room. They had not record of that request so it was not clear who responded 'No Problem'. Luckily there was a first floor available but this could have been a real bad issue. Second, the place is advertised WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There is none...just a hotel room coffee maker. This WRONG, literally false advertising. Again, I made do but it needs to be addressed: Some is advertising a Continental Breakfast, I have the printout and it does not exist

We stayed overnight for a bereavement in Plymouth. Stayed in the back building down the road. room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The heat worked very well TOnly complaint was the people upstairs stomping around.

The room was clean and well stocked with what I needed. The mini fridge worked well to keep my food fresh and the microwave warmed my dinner nicely. It was wonderful to have the Keurig machine for a hot beverage also. The air conditioning/heating in the room worked well and was easy to use. All around, it fit my needs perfectly!

The hot water takes a long time to come out, almost 20 minutes.

nice rooms newly renovated with a nice roomy bathroom & a nice tv. staff was attentive and accommodating. comfiest beds ever too

DISGUSTING!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK If I could leave NO stars that would be more fitting. the room, bed linen and everything else smells completely of an ash try- the mold in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. will be calling to report to the board of health. terrible customer service and no accountability for the condition of the room. absolutely DO NOT recommend

Great place to stay. Outside of town and quiet. Efficient checkin. Comfy beds.
