Family stay – 2 adults and 2 children
We had a family stay with two adults and two children.
The outdoor area, the indoor play park, the arcade game zone, and the aquatic area are really great for kids. However, there aren't enough sun loungers, unfortunately. For a space that can accommodate up to 90 people, there are only about twenty chairs/sun loungers, which is clearly insufficient around the pool.
The staff, on the other hand, are kind and pleasant.
However, in my opinion, the hotel absolutely does not deserve its four stars, especially regarding breakfast, which is presented as a continental buffet. It's really, really sparse: no basic hot dishes like eggs or omelets, no pancakes or crepes. Most importantly, there's hardly any replenishment. From 7 AM to 10:30 AM, early birds might still find some choice, but if you happen to arrive between 9 AM and 9:30 AM, there's practically nothing left. The most shocking thing is to see the staff clearing away buffet dishes in front of guests even though breakfast time isn't over yet. It really feels like the buffet is shut down before the scheduled time.
The room doors and handles creak and are sometimes difficult to open. The walls could also use a good refresh as the paint is peeling in places. For a four-star hotel, I find this really subpar.
Another very disappointing point: the parking. For a four-star hotel, charging €17 per day is really excessive. It would be appreciated if parking were at least free for guests staying multiple nights.
In short, we really had the feeling of being in a hotel more geared towards tourists than a true four-star establishment.
As a French person, I personally won't be returning.
