Explorers Hotel

Super hotel, we've stayed here several times before and it's always great. Very well located, very clean, and the entertainment is fantastic.

Magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids were over the moon! Would definitely come again. The receptionist was amazing! Thank you so much for the room upgrade ✨. It was much bigger with lots of space, thank you immensely.

The best thing about this hotel is the water park. The rooms are generally clean and match a 3-star rating. The breakfast is only a cold buffet, unfortunately with no hot options.

The hotel could use a bit of a refresh, but otherwise, everything was top-notch! This was our third time here, and I hope it won't be our last. It's truly an ideal hotel for children.

The highlight of our stays is the pool; after a long day of walking at Disney, there's nothing better to relax.

Several points to note: The cleanliness of the room was average, with dirt on the carpet in particular. Breakfast quality was very low for a 4-star hotel: no eggs, no hot food, mediocre raw vegetables, and limited bread choices. A few years ago, this was a 4-star hotel with a good breakfast. The shuttle service was extremely convenient in the morning, but incredibly dangerous in the evening. Children were pushed and crushed on the bus; people were like savages, and despite the kindness of the two security guards, they couldn't manage the crowd. It's a shame that the door to access the lake is blocked. The staff seemed poorly informed about whether they could accept holiday vouchers, and they were certainly not trained for fire alarms. The alarm rang, but we didn't know where to go because the employee didn't know!

We had a pleasant stay, with a very nice welcome. The room was standard.
