Stay here if you want to experience pure elegance. Our room was beautiful and it was a privilege waking up to that glistening chandelier every morning. Every time we’d go out, the bed was neatly tucked in and trash was taken out before we got back. Room service is prompt and easy to navigate (and delicious, of course) and all the staff is attentive and helpful. There were many times we considered extending our stay- we will be back again!

We have stayed here several times and it is always great. Spacious, clean, and relaxing. The parking situation isn’t ideal - you generally have to park further away and walk or pay for valet. That is our only complaint. Everything else is wonderful.

It was our 4th Anniversary. A gentleman from the hotel had reached out to me before our stay to ask if we needed anything special. I stated that it was our anniversary. When I got to this gorgeous room on the table wast a chillled bottle of sparkling wine ( delicious) and a plate of chocolates, macrons and berries I was flabbergasted! I had just told the woman that checked me in that I forgot chocolate for my husband who must have chocolate before he sleeps, she started to say something but stop… reached in her draw and handed me a golden wrapped chocolate bar!! Every thing was perfect

Very chic room and very clean. My wife loved the lighting in the bathroom. Staff was very kind and professional and helpful. Great food and entertainment.

Room was spotless, staff were attentive but not intrusive, restaurant on -site was fabulous ! Location cannot be beat. Highly recommend!!

Parking was limited and we had to use concierge the first night. Staff was wonderful, we did not get the chance to try breakfast but I'm sure it would have been wonderful too.

Great location to Christmas market Beautiful hotel inside, staff friendly and professional. Cons- room had a terrible view of Air conditioning unit. Towels could be nicer quality and larger- thanks

Room lacked slightly on cleanliness, staff was friendly. The location was 10/10, near lots shops and restaurant's.
