Cambria Hotel Plymouth

The room and bathroom were clean. Items I requested from the front desk were available. Would like to see more fruit options and either some type of oatmeal for breakfast.

The daytime staff was excellent. The night staff person was rude and would not do anything about a group of rooms on my hall who felt they could party in the hall for hours both nights until after 1PM in the morning. His suggestion was for me to move my room after midnight or come downstairs to get ear plugs.

Room was good. The noise from the illegals that were being housed there, was ridiculous at night. When I spoke to the night desk clerk to address the matter, seeing they were being loud at 1130 at night, he did nothing and felt it wasn't an issue that pertained to him.

Everything was wonderful and very clean. Only negative in my opinion, skip the breakfast. Aside from the bread options, it all looked pre made/ frozen . I picked a blueberry muffin, it was barely cooked in the center. Coffee is very good !

I will never stay in this hotel again. The hotel is clean and new but the noise is unacceptable. Families were partying in the hallways until 2am and when I reached out to the front desk, they said, “what would you like me to do about it?” I was offered ear plugs as a solution. I will choose to stay in the hotel next door to avoid several nights of no sleep. Do not stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was a little of a let-down. Other hotels have a wider variety of breakfast foods.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and pleasant. The stay was very peaceful, as the area is quiet and comfortable for resting. The only thing missing is a pool to make it perfect. I definitely recommend it.💫

The breakfast felt uncomfortable and somewhat disappointing in what was offered. The housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to trash collection as everyday there was a pile of trash left at the elevators. Overall it felt like the staff were not happy in their work which leads to overall performance of the property

The room was gorgeous and spotless. Comfortable bed plenty of convenient storage. The front desk staff was outstanding: polite accommodating and clearly dedicated to the job. The bar was not open when I was there and there was no pool but it was ok, I did have a tub in my room.
