The room offers a sea view and is quite spacious. It's well-equipped with slippers, towels, bath towels, shampoo, and hand soap; only toothbrushes and toothpaste are missing. The room is very clean, and its location is convenient for accessing the Customs Department, Star Ferry, and the MTR. We always bring our kids to this hotel when we need to renew documents. The front desk staff, particularly Tiffany and Amy, even gave a small gift to our child and upgraded our room. We're very satisfied with their service. Thank you!

Before my arrival, I had to reschedule once due to an expired visa. The hotel was quite accommodating and agreed to change the dates, so a big thank you to Ctrip and the hotel for their service. The room wasn't large, but it was newly renovated and well-maintained. My child has a moderate dust mite allergy, and usually can't stay in hotel rooms with carpets. Here, we stayed for three days with no issues, which shows the carpets are very well cleaned – you can even see it in the pictures. The room's amenities were excellent too; there was a dryer, which made doing laundry very convenient as I didn't have to worry about clothes not drying, and an air purifier, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff all spoke fluent Mandarin and provided good service. The only minor downsides were that the toilet brush seemed to be the wrong size for the toilet, leaving some stains at the bottom, and on our last day when we stored our luggage with the concierge, they mixed up my bags with another guest's, which was quite outrageous. Luckily, I recognized my own suitcase and managed to retrieve it without much trouble. What's more, despite the concierge making the mistake, they didn't apologize. Instead, they asked me to open my suitcase to prove it was mine, which I found a bit odd. Are there really that many thieves in Hong Kong who would swap out luggage? Overall, though, I would still highly recommend this hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and has a great location.

The hotel is very close to the MTR station. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, as it was our first time in Hong Kong, they gave us very detailed recommendations. The hotel is clean and tidy. Even though there were many guests checking in on the weekend, the front desk was very efficient, and the room was also clean and tidy. The hotel is located near a commercial area, with a 7-Eleven downstairs, and it's about a ten-minute walk to Victoria Harbour. The location is excellent. The hotel also has its own gym and an outdoor pool, so the facilities are complete. I would choose to stay here again next time I visit.

The Century Hong Kong Hotel in Wan Chai, now rebranded as Novotel Century Hong Kong under the Accor Group, is located on Lockhart Road, about a 15-minute walk from Causeway Bay Sogo. While the suites aren't cheap, they offer ample space, with both the bedroom and living room boasting sea views. Breakfast allows children under 12 to dine for free, and there are executive lounge benefits. However, the executive lounge is quite small with limited variety. If you're planning to take a taxi, using Uber is recommended as it's nearly impossible to hail one on the street. Overall, for shopping and transport, it's not as convenient as The Park Lane Hong Kong in Causeway Bay, though it slightly edges it out in terms of hardware.

Every time I visit, I stay here because it's so convenient. The lobby service is excellent, and the swimming pool service is also good. This time, the duvet was a bit damp, but the room service was still good.

The transportation is convenient with three subway stations nearby, the closest being the Exhibition Centre Station, which is accessible via a connecting corridor on the first floor. The Airport Bus A11 stop is just across the street. It's also close to the ferry terminal, offering easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was clean and promptly serviced. Hong Kong hotels are generally small, but the room size was sufficient, and it had a large desk. Breakfast was good, and the executive lounge service was excellent.

The hotel is in Wan Chai, very close to the MTR station, right next to China Resources Building. For Hong Kong, it's quite good value for money. Although the room is a bit old, it's quite spacious, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The front desk staff, a friendly and polite NCHK FO, kindly upgraded our room to a higher floor. The breakfast buffet is enough to fill you up, even if it's not super lavish, we were still satisfied. The hotel is eco-friendly and doesn't provide disposable toiletries. You'll need a power adapter for charging in Hong Kong. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm in Wan Chai for business.
