My wife and I stayed here for the first time from 27th May-1st June 2026 and we had a wonderful experience there. The location was stunning, the food was good but the staff were excellent in acceding to all our requests. Will definitely go back there in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Kuantan Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. A special thank you to the team for helping us find my son's lost toy. We really appreciated your kindness and excellent service—it meant a lot to our family. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to staying here again!

Check-in was smooth, and we even got a room upgrade, which made for a very pleasant stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool. With Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, and FamilyMart all close by, it's perfect for a bit of luxury on a budget trip. Plus, being just a 15-minute drive from beachfront restaurants and a batik factory meant there was plenty to enjoy beyond the beach.

There's not much to say, it's a five-star hotel right in the scenic area, and everything was pretty standard, as expected. It's super convenient, with the beach right downstairs and all sorts of food options nearby. What really stood out was the Chinese lady at the front desk during check-in – she was absolutely wonderful. She patiently helped us plan our sightseeing route and even hand-wrote several recommended addresses for good places to eat. We were really touched by her kindness. I hope the hotel sees this and gives her a commendation.

One of the better properties to enjoy your vacation. It is right on the beach with the blue sea till the horizon. The best part was the staff who made sure we felt privileged as a guest. Especially Nurul and Adrianna at the reception and Arun and Dharabi in room service/house keeping. The resort has an Italian restaurant with delicious food. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Will try to visit again.
