Best vacation ever, amazing experience with elephants. We stayed at riverside, its a cute bamboo lodge, my son jumped into the river anytime he wants. We joined the full day jungle tour, our guide Sam was fantastic. He knows the village very well, very fun to hangout with. The elephants are definitely the star over there, my son didn't want to leave in the end of the trip. Highly recommend.

Außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch, ruhig und man kann richtig entspannen und abschalten. Das Highlight sind die Elefanten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Verpflegung ist sehr lecker und ausreichend. Klare Empfehlung!!! One-Life-Time-Experience

We went today to see the elephants and also went river rafting and to a beautiful waterfall. Our guide Sam was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable, he made what was already a magical day even better. The elephants all looked very happy and well cared for. The handlers clearly had a great bond with them. This was a true highlight of what has been a fabulous holiday.

We had a great time during our 2-night stay at Chai Lai Orchid, and it fully delivered on the elephant experience we were hoping for. The two-room bungalow was simple but perfectly adequate — nothing fancy, but it suited our needs. The elephant encounters were truly magical. Each morning we fed them right outside our room, and later in the day we joined a private excursion where we hiked and bathed them. Our family had an unforgettable time, and it was clear the elephants are treated with great care, which made the experience even more meaningful. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time on the overnight Karen village homestay. Our guide Napakun (Coffee!) and his daughter Cream were incredible, friendly and great fun. They showed us how to feed the elephants, took us on a waterfall hike, bamboo rafting & more. Our A-Frame bungalow was absolutely beautiful with views of the river and we were able to feed the elephants banana for breakfast from our balcony, before having our own lovely breakfast on the terrace! Spending the time with Napakun and his family made this trip extra special, I would recommend it to anyone 🐘
