The staff was very nice and the amenities were great I loved the fact they had fresh lemon water every morning the place was very clean and organized I highly recommend this hotel if your visiting for the ******

It was close to our destination. Carpet, bathroom floor, couch, ottoman, sink, and tub were dirty. Wall at entryway had something smeared on the wall. Toilet seat was extremely loose. Cigarette burn mark on the bathroom counter in a nonsmoking room. Window shelf cushion covering was shredded. Breakfast selection for very sparse.

This hotel is perfect for a visit to the Bryson City town and Great Smoky Mountains Railway. Staff is friendly and hotel clean and maintained. The room is a bit small, but perfect for those looking for a place to sleep, shower and get ready for your days adventures.

Not staying again I had three rooms, none of them were acceptable! First one the commode would not flush, second one lights didn’t work and the last one tub was dirty. I told the guy when leaving and didn’t act too concerned. I am sure he didn’t report it so I am. I have left feed back no response yet. I paid 87 dollars for the worst stay ever ! I never complain but this was not acceptable at all!

Elevator out of service. Told to use south stairs but sign on door said not to?? Pillows too big and old smoke smell, shower was poor, no facial tissue, door jam damage. Hard boiled eggs ok for breakfast. Sketchy person circled my truck.
