Had a great stay, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was super quick with check-in. This hotel really stands out with its unique character. They have books like 'The History of Shanxi Draft Banks' in the lobby, which are quite interesting if you take the time to read them. My room even had 'Encountering Shanxi,' perfect for quietly reading when you have some downtime. The environment is peaceful and has an antique charm. The decor features various Shanxi intangible cultural heritage crafts. Next time, I'll book a guided tour to learn more about them.

Here, you can both deeply experience the legendary spirit of the Jin merchants' 'Huitong Tianxia' and enjoy the convenience and comfort of modern accommodation. It was spotlessly clean, even in the corners, and completely free of any odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the pillows were just the right height, making for an exceptionally relaxing sleep. Combined with the excellent soundproofing, I slept soundly and peacefully through the night. The bathroom had a convenient wet-dry separation, high-quality toiletries, and stable water pressure and temperature, making it very easy to use. Cynthia's service was an added bonus. She patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or awkward. Her attentive service was never intrusive, striking the perfect balance that made me feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making it easy for sightseeing, dining, and shopping, which saved me a lot of hassle. This hotel is perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or business trips. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

She handled check-in efficiently and patiently explained nearby attractions and travel routes. She even proactively helped us with our luggage, paying great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive and tasty, and the location is super convenient, very close to the South Station. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Our guest relations manager, Linda, provided thoughtful service. Breakfast offered authentic Shanxi flavors, like lamb soup and tofu pudding – really showcasing the local culture. I genuinely recommend this place; staying here in Taiyuan is definitely worth it! The hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. Because I had an early flight, everything from dining at the restaurant to checking out at the lobby, and even having the airport transfer driver waiting early at the entrance, felt incredibly heartwarming! Linda's arrangements were spot-on!
