Bathroom was dirty shower was old and rusted towels had hair all over them room had a few my smell like it was not cleaned

Basic, very clean, just what we needed at the time. Next time we'll ask for a room with walk-in shower, no tub.

A clean cheap place to stay The room was adequate, clean and newly painted. But no amenities or decor. Rather stark. The carpeted floor was uneven. The plumbing sink and commode were ancient. The commode was very low. Not easy for seniors. AC/Heat was efficient but a bit noisy, as the bed was only a couple of feet away from the unit. Great for anyone looking for an economical motel in the area. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Clinton premium outlets is close by. Room was clean. Staff was nice. A basic motel, nothing fancy.

Yes, it was clean, but flat pillows, no toilet paper holder, no bathroom exhaust fan, no hangers.

Property was convenient to Hammanassett Beach state park, however, the check in process was less than I expected, the room was adequate, however, the bathroom toilet did not flush !! There was no one available to ask for help with that after we checked in at 9 pm.

Affordable place to stay. Beds were comfortable but it needs a better cleaning. Found hair in the toilet, an used soap by the bathtub and some hair tie by the bottom of the bed

Sketchy place Unfortunately, I checked in and then checked right out. The beds were haphazardly made. The sheets were very rough and uncomfortable. The door did not have an inside security lock which was my main issue and there were people that looked like they were more like residents than people staying for the night. I told the office person my issue with the inside lock and she gave me some strange answer about people being crazy and not being able to keep the lock on the door. I don’t know what that meant but it was so sketchy and I felt so uncomfortable. The place was very dated, but The towels were clean though. She did give me a refund for the second night, but told me the policy was that I didn’t cancel within 24 hours so the first night could not be refunded. I did show up so I kept my end of the bargain. I feel I should’ve gotten a full refund.
