I had specifically requested a room facing 404, but they gave us one in the very back with only a view of trees. It's okay, though, it was still beautiful at night. However, on the second night, around 10 PM, when we asked for two clean bath towels, no one responded at all, which was quite disappointing. The breakfast and the lobby environment were quite good, but the experience really depends on the room's location; the impression can be completely different. The service really needs improvement.

Excellent! Got an amazing price, almost like staff rates. The view is beautiful, the room smells lovely, and it's a gorgeous room—absolutely fantastic! However, it might not be suitable for people with bad knees.

I don't think the room was as bad as some of the reviews suggested! The hotel is a bit old, but I really liked the location. It's nestled on a cliffside hill between two popular beaches, which makes it feel very unique, almost like a hidden paradise! Great value for money too!

Facilities: If you look closely, the room shows a bit of age, but it's very clean, which I actually found quite comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean, everything here smells great, and my pool was cleaned daily. Environment: Absolutely perfect. When I checked in, I asked the front desk to check for rooms 403, 404, or 405, as I believe these three rooms have the best views. They checked and helped me get room 404. I highly recommend this room to everyone; the view is fantastic. It's incredibly relaxing to float in the pool and look out at the sea. Plus, most of the sun loungers are on the right side of the room, offering excellent privacy. Service: All the staff provided excellent service. Most staff communicate in English without any issues, and one front desk staff member can speak Chinese.

The hotel offers stunning ocean views, which is its biggest advantage. However, the location isn't very convenient. Rest assured, you won't be disappointed. So, it really depends on what you're looking for.

The hotel is beautiful, much better than some reviews suggested. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The breakfast spread was good, and they had a promotion where two people could eat for just 400 THB. There are two small pools, but they're not really suitable for swimming – more for taking photos and relaxing. There's a small path open during the day that leads to Karon Beach, about a 5-minute walk, but it's still a bit far from the main bustling area. The only issue was at checkout. It was midday, and I waited a long time for staff to bring my luggage up, even after several reminders. I later found out they use a hotel car to bring all luggage to the lobby at once. If you're in a hurry, it's probably better to carry your own bags up.

Five-star recommendation for this hotel! It's located near Karon Beach. All rooms are individual cliffside villas with amazing views. You need to take the hotel's tuk-tuk from the lobby to your room, but they arrive quickly after you call. Every staff member is friendly and welcoming, offering excellent service. A friend was celebrating a birthday during our trip, and we mentioned it in an email to the hotel beforehand. They surprised us with a birthday cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Overall, I highly, highly recommend this hotel. It's perfect for a private and quiet getaway, and it's also quite close to the beach.

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin with how terrible this stay was. First off, the bedding was filthy, and there were tiny, disgusting bugs crawling in every corner of the bathroom. It was absolutely repulsive. Secondly, it felt like a scam. The online photos made it look like there was a small balcony, but there wasn't one at all. What they called a 'small balcony' was just an empty space leading into the room. And there was no air conditioning in the bathroom, so using the toilet was incredibly hot. They advertised it as a 'sea view king room,' but you couldn't see any sea view whatsoever because the trees completely blocked the window. You had to go outside to even glimpse the ocean, and the window itself was tiny. For some reason, the entire room had a strange odor. If you're not in good physical shape, definitely don't book this place. It's all uphill, and you have to wait ages for the buggy. If you're eager to go out and explore, it's a huge time-waster. It was terrible and ruined my Phuket trip. I was devastated. When I first walked into the room, I already felt like crying. After I got back, I realized I paid nearly 1,000 RMB a night, while others booked the exact same room type for around 500 RMB. That made me want to cry even more 🥲. I don't understand why Trip.com would do this to me... It's one thing to let this hotel's fraudulent promotional pictures be displayed so brazenly... but why is the price so different from other platforms? Give me an explanation! 🥹🥹🥹🥹
