不愧是萬豪，解決問題的能力超強，真正的賓至如歸。早餐＆行政酒廊都非常講究，餐品酒水也很豐富。大堂內各種聖誕元素，早々的感受到了聖誕氣氛。

The service in this hotel is superb and many western hotel staff could learn a lot from the detail and grace this staff in this hotel show. Having travelled all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, China has the best service and this hotel was top of the list when it came to quality or the hotel and the fantastic staff,

酒店很不錯，位置好，走路不遠就可以到解放碑、十八梯等景點，酒店泳池也不錯，房間設施也都OK，視野景觀很好，有機會還會來住。

地理位置很好 很多有名的吃的步行可以到達 雖然是老牌五星酒店 但是裝修還是老了 並且房間有潮濕的黴味。去之前特意打電話問是不是戴森吹風機 客服説是 到了之後就不是 讓前台換戴森給的回覆是衹有套房才是戴森 不過最後還是給我換了。而且這麼大牌的酒店沒有送餐機器人 點外賣得自己下樓拿 這點太不智能了。

住過幾回了，基本沒變樣，相對來説設施也有點陳舊了，所幸價格比較實惠。
地段位置很好，周邊餐飲特別多，且今年去周邊還多了一堆茶顏悦色，非常開心。

老牌酒店，地理位置好，離市中心不遠
可能受地理環境影響，門頭沒有很霸氣，沒有水景
雖然是老裝修，但品質依舊在線，總體比較高檔
洗澡水大，可以頂噴手持雙開，洗澡很解壓
早餐品種多，服務人員多，有多台咖啡機，咖啡不用等，烘焙有部分是現做的
是不是入住率比較高的原因？服務一般，下車後沒有幫忙搬行李，辦理入住時也沒有主動詢問會員積分，沒有主動給雞尾酒權益券
