The room was mediocre, and the decor was dated. The hotel toiletries provided were also old-fashioned. The staff's attitude was unenthusiastic, and the bed linens weren't changed daily. I felt like I was sleeping on someone else's used sheets that had just been sprayed down, which led to me breaking out in hives all over my body – it was really unhygienic. After complaining to Ctrip, the hotel finally changed my sheets once on the night before I left.

The environment is excellent, offering great value for money. The hygiene is good, and the hotel feels new. The front desk staff are skilled and friendly. The executive lounge is quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is rich and delicious. The high-floor views are beautiful, and the room is spacious. The location is convenient, and the accompanying gym, spa, and swimming pool facilities are also very enjoyable.

On a business trip, the location was excellent with a wide view, offering river views. The room was quite large and very comfortable. As a suite guest, I also enjoyed complimentary coffee and snacks at the lounge on the 48th floor.

The hotel facilities are top-notch, the location is convenient, and the breakfast is excellent. The surrounding area feels pretty safe, and there's an AEON shopping mall nearby with plenty of dining and shopping options. Definitely worth choosing again!

Checking in at the front desk was a hassle. The staff were incredibly slow; even with an online reservation, it took at least ten minutes, sometimes up to half an hour. I saw them handle about a dozen rooms, which was really inefficient. What's worse, they didn't speak Chinese and deducted an additional two nights' room charge from my deposit without any prior notice, simply taking it upon checkout.
