The pace is built for great family time . Slides and pool want else can you ask for . Massive family rooms and such great location to night market beach and shopping . Staff are excellent Keaw was amazing in the breakfast restaurant thanks and can’t wait to comeback

The location of this resort is good situated right in front of shops, and beach. Plenty of parking space if you are driving. Big compound and rooms might be recently refurbish, new and thoughtful with umbrella, slipper, double pillow, and etc. Our pool access room is right in the middle assessable to whole resort. Staff are kind and good manner especially the front counter staff by the name of Lily, she is friendly and can converse well in Chinese. But the crowd are 90% Russian and I hardly see Asian there. Breakfast are more western style, and is the same almost everyday but they keep refilling to make sure you are full and they cater for vegan too. Also, they give small token to kids who completed a simple mission. Good job! Only drawback is the lady at the spa counter is not very friendly. Overall experience is good but if the hotel provide mosquito repellent will be superb.

Travelled with teenage son and got room for 3 adults. Bed super comfy, easy checkin and heaps of sun lounges. Money changer directly across the road and tour organisers also. Had the worst massage across the road even asking for soft. Always went to one to left of 7 Eleven across road and was brilliant. Lots of Russians staying at hotel who are very rude and not friendly at all. Staff very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast has good selection but not very hot and only like 2-3 dishes change daily. Buffet dinner nights we went to Italian only and had good range but once again not very hot. Hotel has a mini mart attached also but there are so many within 500m. Son loved the water slides and pools were clean, coldest one was the kids pool. Enjoyed our stay however won’t be going back to Phuket as too expensive. Bali, KL and Vietnam cheaper.

We stayed 4 nights and although overall it was a good experience, we were happy to leave and move onto the next resort.
The staff is very friendly and polite, however, the wait time to get clean pool towels or just toilet paper or water can be very long. For example, our pool towels didn’t dry overnight due to humidity and we called reception to bring us new ones and took over one hour. They didn’t place any more toilet paper or water when they did the room in the morning, so the next morning, we had to call reception again to ask for them. It’s obviously not a big deal as the resort is super busy so we understand there’s lot for the stuff to do, but those are basic things that are expected, especially considering the price.
The buffet breakfast is ok, there’s lot of variety but the food is not exceptional, again, this is probably due to the mass production as the resort is super busy. Too many unsupervised kids, lounges too close to each other.
Again, overall it’s ok but we have stayed at better resorts.

I liked everything. Friendly staff, clean pools, beautiful views, two minutes to the sea. The rooms are damp, though, and the bathroom needs a major overhaul; the joints near the slides are noticeable.
