My nephew absolutely loved this place! 🥰 All the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! ❤️

We had a great stay at The Orchid Resort. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Overall, the resort was relatively clean and provided a good base for our holiday. There were a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast was quite basic and the selection was the same each day, especially compared to other resorts we have stayed at. Drinks at the pool bar were also on the expensive side, and the resort is starting to show its age in places and would benefit from some general maintenance. During our stay, there was jackhammering work being carried out around the pool area. While it’s understandable that maintenance needs to be done, we were not advised of the work before booking or at the time of checkin, the noise and sections of the pool being closed off did impact the experience a little. We believe they could have made the drinks cheaper or offered happy hour during the maintenance work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, particularly because of the great location and convenience. With some improvements to the breakfast variety and general maintenance, this resort could be even better.

Nice room on the ground floor. However, there was a strong smell of urine and dampness in the shower room. Breakfast was standard. The grounds are nice, but there are lots of mosquitoes. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom once. We really loved how they congratulated our child on their birthday.

We were a family of four and overall had a very satisfying stay. Pros: Great pool facilities—the kids absolutely loved it. The location is very convenient with plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby, and it's just 100 meters to the beach. Cons: The ground floor was indeed damp. The Family Double Queen Room had no view outside the window, just the hotel's back wall. While the breakfast had a good variety, the quality was just average.

Superb hotel! If traveling with kids, this is the only place we'll stay from now on. However, the breakfasts are repetitive, so by the 3rd day one of us skipped it 😂 The water slides are an absolute highlight. There are multiple pools, including one specifically for toddlers. The room was cozy, with every detail thoughtfully designed for guests. We will definitely be back!

Great for kids with a big slide. The rooms are very basic and a bit damp. If your room faces the pool, it can be a bit noisy, but it's perfect for kids. The pool isn't deep and has a round shape, plus that big slide was probably the main reason I booked Phuket Orchid Resort and Spa. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel is not new, but it is clean. Everything was replaced/refreshed in a timely manner, and the breakfasts were quite varied. The kids' play area is a bit modest, but the children are happy to go there and play with each other 👍. There is a nanny/supervisor to watch them, and you can leave a child unattended (ages 4 and up). The playground, kids' pool, and big water slides 🛝👍 are an absolute blast for children—there's so much to do. The front desk staff helped us with our luggage and checked us in 3 hours early since the room was already ready 👍.
