The hotel is a bit old, but clean and cozy. It has two water slides that operate from 10 AM to 6 PM. The breakfast buffet is very diverse with delicious food, including fruits, vegetables, pastries, porridges, soups, and cereals – you definitely won't go hungry! Our room was large, with a balcony and a mountain view. Housekeeping and towel changes were daily, and they provide four bottles of drinking water. The pool is warm and clean; there's a large one with the slides and a smaller separate pool with kids' activities.

Our room was on the 4th floor, and the duvet was slightly damp. There was a faint, almost unnoticeable musty smell when we first entered, but it disappeared after a short while. I don't think the room felt old; some minor wear on the corners was negligible – you're not staring at the corners anyway. Overall, the room was quite clean; we didn't see any bugs or ants, probably because we were on the 4th floor. The mirror faced the bed, but I didn't mind; I wouldn't even know some people find this an issue if I hadn't read other reviews. We brought a water filter, but the hotel's water came out clean and colorless. Our filter would turn yellowish after about 2 days, but subsequent daily changes kept it mostly clear. My family even brushed their teeth directly with tap water, and we had no issues. The hotel environment was also excellent, giving a real vacation vibe. The kids loved the pool, and there were taps right by the poolside for rinsing feet and showering, which was very convenient. We could easily wash off sand from our feet after coming back from the beach. Breakfast was indeed quite 'Western' (or 'white people food'), and after two meals, we weren't keen on it anymore, so we ate breakfast out for the rest of our stay. There's a 7-Eleven to the left of the hotel entrance and a 'You & Me' laundromat next to it. If you turn right out of the hotel, then left at the intersection and walk a bit, you'll find 'Hungry Corner,' a restaurant we ate at for five days because it was delicious. Some other restaurants near the hotel weren't great, so I recommend checking Google ratings. The hotel staff were all very nice. For the price, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money.

The room smelled sour and foul, and there were flying insects 🦟. The yellow stains on the duvet cover were disgusting, and the staff refused to change it! We booked a family twin room for four nights, which was in the darkest corner. We wanted to upgrade the room type, but they said it was already their best room type and that changing rooms would only be a downgrade, with no refund. They offered us a triple room and added a small bed, making the room very cramped. They wouldn't refund the price difference for the four nights, saying they would give us two Thai massages instead. Each massage was supposed to be 481 for one hour, but they were stingy with the essential oils. In the end, two old ladies rushed through a 40-minute massage for my husband and me, and then it was over! Amenities: Poor Cleanliness: Poor Environment: Poor Service: Poor

Overall, the environment is decent. For the tallest slide, I'd recommend children don't go on it alone, as you could get bumps and bruises on the curves! Generally, the hotel doesn't offer much in terms of service. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are very slow, and even slower during peak times, so if you have travel plans, be sure to arrive at the lobby early! Typically, hotels in Thailand seem to assign Chinese guests to corner rooms. I didn't take any photos, just three random ones.

What I liked was the upgrade, the room's location, and the fantastic view. It's great that you can order food to the room. The water slides 🛝 were a delight for the kids. I also liked the large bed and the spacious room. The kids' room is very good.

This hotel boasts a free water park with multiple large slides, pools of varying depths, and a shallow splash area. The slides operate during fixed hours. The resort is lush with tropical greenery, and the Angkor Wat-style sculptures make for great photos. Kids could spend an entire day here! The rooms are spacious, and all come with balconies. The standard rooms are quite large, and there are family rooms available with bunk beds. Some room types offer direct pool access, allowing you to step right into the water from your door, which creates a wonderful holiday vibe. Some front desk staff can communicate in basic Mandarin. The breakfast selection is sufficient, with options like porridge, tropical fruits, and omelets alongside Western dishes. 3. Outstanding value for its location: Karon Beach has bigger waves and is less crowded than Patong. You don't need to take a car to get to the beach. Food prices in the surrounding area are also lower than in Patong.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. Our family of three stayed for six nights and only paid 3000 RMB. The public areas are spacious, and there are multiple swimming pools. Just turn right out of the lobby and cross the road, and you're at the beach. The street outside has restaurants, supermarkets, massage parlors, and fruit stands, which is very convenient. The room was a bit damp and cramped, but for 400 RMB a night, you can't really complain much! Almost all activities (elephant camps, island hopping, jungle trekking, etc.) include complimentary round-trip hotel transfers.

Thief hotel, thief hotel, thief hotel! This hotel is run by thieves, they even steal worn-out shoes. The room on the second floor smelled damp and moldy. The management is chaotic, and there's absolutely no service. Breakfast isn't checked, so anyone walking by on the street can just come in and eat. The mirror was rusty and directly faced the bed. Room cleaning was slow and inefficient; when I checked in, I found dust and hair everywhere on the safe and bedside table. There was even a dried contact lens left by the previous guest on the bathroom counter – absolutely outrageous! The soundproofing is terrible. But the most important thing is this: ten minutes after checking out, I realized I'd forgotten a pair of vacation sandals. I went back to look for them for a long time, but was told they weren't found. The front desk staff had a 'seen-it-all' look, a smug, irritating smirk, as if to say, 'So what if you can't find it?' It seems this happens frequently. They even threatened to call the police if I kept making a fuss! It's truly a case of the thief justifying their actions. I tried to complain to the manager, but was told the manager was off duty and to come back tomorrow. A THIEF HOTEL! They even steal worn shoes – I've truly seen it all. The water filter I used for four days was already dark brown. Most importantly, it's assumed that anything left behind can be stolen. Good thing I always carried my cash and cards with me these past few days, otherwise I would have been really ripped off. At the hotel's convenience store facing the street, I bought items for 339 Thai Baht and paid with a thousand-Baht note. The old female attendant tried to give me change for a five-hundred-Baht note. It was only after I strongly argued and swore I didn't even have a five-hundred-Baht note in my wallet that she finally gave me change for a thousand. I almost had to demand to check the surveillance footage and call the police!
