Quanshui Renjia Hostel

My stay at Quanshui Renjia was excellent. The courtyard was quiet and comfortable, and the location was superb, making it very convenient to visit attractions. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Jinan.

Hidden away in the old Baimahu Street, this hotel offers a tranquil retreat from the bustling city. Every corner is picture-perfect. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. It's just a short stroll to Daming Lake and Qushuiting Street, and you can easily walk to see the stunning night view of Chaoran Tower. The butler service is thoughtful and attentive.

This guesthouse is nestled in the old neighborhood of Baihua Zhou, a charming Chinese-style courtyard with natural spring water, creating a wonderful ambiance. Listening to the gurgling spring water in the courtyard is incredibly therapeutic. In the evening, you can stroll to see the Chaoran Tower and explore Qushuiting Street, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The butler service is attentive and responsive. It’s a truly immersive experience of old Jinan, with its famous springs in every household and weeping willows. It's perfect for friends or family trips, I genuinely recommend it!

The male and female staff at the front desk were very attentive, and their directions over the phone were clear and easy to follow. The guesthouse is located right inside the scenic area, a very charming ancient-style guesthouse that's also quite lively. Worth experiencing for a night. **Facilities:** The only bug was that the water flow from the bathroom sink was extremely weak, and the shower was also a bit unstable. Hope this can be improved. **Hygiene:** Given the ancient architectural style and wooden beams, I can accept finding spiders. The stone floor could actually be cleaner and crumb-free if vacuumed. The chairs were very dirty; buying a small upholstery cleaner would really help – that was the hardest thing to overlook 😂. **Environment:** If you require good sleep quality, this place is definitely not soundproof. As a guesthouse within a scenic area with tourist vendors and shops, resting during the day is practically impossible. At night, it depends on whether your neighbors are noisy. I wasn't so lucky; despite being assigned a quiet corner, an auntie started strolling through the park and yelling outside my window at 6 AM 😂😂😂😂.

It offers a tranquil escape amidst the bustling town, and popular photo spots are just a few steps away. This time, our family booked the entire courtyard, and once the gate was closed, it became our private little world. The kids ran and played freely in the yard, while the adults relaxed in rocking chairs, sipping tea and chatting, slowly unwinding – the atmosphere was simply perfect. The guesthouse was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the staff provided meticulous and attentive service; we couldn't find a single fault. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and private stay for their family vacation 🌹

The hotel has a graceful ambiance, surrounded by lush green bamboo and flowing water. The grey brick walls and staggered stone steps create picturesque views at every turn. The front desk and customer service staff were incredibly gentle, always greeting us with a smile whether we were coming or going. The room was well-equipped with a large bottle of water and Coca-Cola, and the bathroom had a lovely tub perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Its location is absolutely superb. Both the main and side entrances offer direct access to Baihua Island and Qushuiting Street. Daming Lake is also just a five to six-minute walk away. The flowing springs and intricate alleyways of Qushuiting Street, with its unique little shops, were far more charming than Nanluoguxiang in Beijing, which I visited a few days prior! Originally, I had only planned to stay in Jinan for a day as a stopover, but after just one night, both my child and I wanted to stay longer, so we extended our reservation for another night. I absolutely love this guesthouse! And I've grown so fond of Jinan! It's truly hard to leave. The first five pictures are spontaneous shots of the hotel, and the following ones capture some of the nearby attractions within walking distance.

On my second visit to Jinan's Old City for a vacation, I chose to stay at Quanshui Renjia Zhengdu No. 2 again, and once more, the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and elegant, and the courtyard with its gently flowing spring water offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Daming Lake and Qushuiting Street, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. A wonderful bonus was the complimentary, fragrant sachet upon check-in, which had a lovely, subtle scent and added to the local ambiance; these small details were truly heartwarming. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. It was a truly immersive experience of courtyard living in the Spring City, and definitely worth staying at when in Jinan.

Staying at Liubei Courtyard No. 2 was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The courtyard view was fantastic. This traditional Chinese spring-water courtyard is so peaceful and has a wonderful ambiance. Located in the old town of Baihuazhou, it's within walking distance of all the major attractions. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Definitely a great choice when visiting Jinan!
