Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

Very satisfied with this family-friendly hotel. There are plenty of slides and even a lazy river. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed for three days and didn't leave the hotel once, except for meals. Activities were scheduled from morning till night. The kids had a blast! My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, especially for meat. We mostly relied on eggs for protein. For other meals, dining out was very convenient; there's a whole street of affordable and tasty options right outside the hotel if you don't want to eat in. We'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and odor-free, with a great sea view. They even upgraded our room for free, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel offers a lot of activities, the staff are very friendly, and the facilities are excellent.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's predominantly guests from Western countries, and the food caters to that demographic as well. My child had a blast, spending the entire time at the pool without even leaving the hotel.

This is my first time leaving a review for a hotel, and this one is just terrible. They only manage to trick new, unfamiliar guests once. A series of awful things happened, yet the hotel management remains ignorant, showing no remorse or intention to change. Don't believe me? Go ahead and try it for yourselves...

The room was very spacious; I booked a king-sized bed, but it actually came with one large and one small bed, which was perfect for a family trip. The pool was very clean, and the beach was also excellent. Breakfast was abundant, and the food at the poolside restaurant was delicious—they even replaced my child's spilled watermelon juice right away. The medical team was also very attentive; when my sister had shoulder pain, healthcare staff quickly came to help. The only minor downside was that it was very humid.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The coffee was handmade, and the fries were freshly prepared. There was also a lively group of staff who sang 'Happy Birthday' to a child celebrating their special day, which was really fun! 🤣🤣 The room was spotless, and the housekeeper even made a towel doll to hold my glasses and left a thoughtful note. So attentive!
