Pullman Bangkok King Power

It was alright. The environment was clean and tidy, and the overall space was quite large. You have to ask the front desk for a comb. The walk from the room to the elevator was a bit far. However, the soundproofing at the door wasn't great. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and I'm not sure if it was broken. The TV channels were a bit boring; although it said screen mirroring was available, it wasn't easy to operate in practice. The deposit was 4000 Thai Baht, which was too expensive, and they only accepted credit cards. I was told it would take half a week to a month to get it back. King Power Duty-Free is right next door, but it's actually more convenient to buy things at the airport. Food delivery couldn't come to the door; you had to pick it up in the lobby. Overall, the service was okay.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast offered a great variety. Having the King Power Duty-Free shop right next door was super convenient for shopping. My only minor complaint would be that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I choose to stay at Pullman. The front desk staff, Ah Dong, was incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was lovely! I'll definitely pick Pullman again on my next trip to Bangkok.

The room facilities are a bit old, and the bed was really uncomfortable. However, the service was good, and the breakfast was varied and pleasant. For transportation, the subway isn't convenient, but taxis are okay. The location is quite far from Siam.
