Homeinn Plus Hotel (Shenyang Qingnian Avenue Subway Station)

Noise: Being street-facing, it was a bit noisy, and the windows were a bit thin, so they weren't soundproof. Cleanliness: Clean. Facilities: A bit dated; the shower door didn't close properly. Service: Very good; staff were proactive in greeting us.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, and there was a laundry room where I could do my laundry, which was convenient. I was grateful that the staff called a taxi for me on time.

I fell in love with Shenyang because of a hotel. Since I had to go to the airport alone, I chose Home Inn Select Hotel (Shenyang Qingnian Street Subway Station Branch). The barrier-free elevator to the subway entrance to the airport is right outside the door. It is very convenient to take the subway with large suitcases. I'm glad I made the right choice. We arrived at the hotel from the train station at around six o'clock yesterday morning. The room type we booked was not available yet. The front desk was kind enough to upgrade it to another available room type for free, so that we, who were exhausted, could check in as soon as possible. After checking in, I washed up and went out to play. When I came back, I found that the cleaning lady took the initiative to do the cleaning again for the room renewal (we had just moved in, so we didn’t need to do it). There is another thing that impressed me about this hotel: the mineral water in the room can be replenished at any time. I was afraid that the guests would not be able to drink the water in time, so I put a lot of bottled mineral water on the table at the elevator entrance for the guests to take at any time. When I went out to get water in the morning, I met the cleaning lady when I opened the door and asked me what I wanted. I said to get water, and she took the initiative to give me two bottles and asked me if it was enough? A few bottles of water are not worth much, but the proactive and enthusiastic service attitude showed me the excellent service awareness of the entire hotel team, the atmosphere and trust in the guests. Must give thumbs up.
