Extremely satisfied with this hotel, great value for money. The facilities are all new, smart, and electric. The bedding is comfortable, there's a smart toilet, and the shower is excellent. The air conditioning is powerful, though a little noisy. The welcome card was a very thoughtful touch. Breakfast is à la carte, and I really enjoyed the croissant. The staff service was also exceptional; on my last day, I had an early check-out and they even packed breakfast for me.

Check-in: 4/5 Even though the room was fully paid for, they required a 50 USD deposit for three nights (for extras). My simple room requests, sent in advance, were ignored. I asked for a high floor but was given a room on the 2nd floor with an unappealing view. (The hotel is almost empty right now, so there are definitely plenty of available rooms.) The front desk staff was very friendly. The lobby area is very beautiful. Room (#207): 5/5 Spacious, beautiful, and modern, everything is in excellent condition. Complimentary water and Fanta, and a welcome fruit plate. The outlets are universal, accommodating any plug, including European ones. The refrigerator is noisy; at times, it hums quite annoyingly. There's a small balcony, but the view from it is dismal – a metal roof of some building (judging by the sounds, a kindergarten). The small safe has a strange design and isn't suitable for a laptop. The room lacks a full-length mirror, a pen/pencil, and paper. Bathroom: 5/5 Spacious, beautiful, and modern, everything is in excellent condition. Plenty of good, new towels. Room cleaning: 5/5 No complaints. WiFi: 5/5 No complaints. Breakfast: 3/5 The selection is very, very modest, if not strange, for a hotel of this caliber. For example, there's no ordinary cheese, sausage, or ham – literally not a single type or piece. Many other common items are also missing. The juice is medium-quality, packaged, and always only one type. Pool: 5/5 A pleasant pool on the 2nd floor with city views and background music. It's open until 9 PM. An excellent place to relax after an intense day's activities. Location: 5/5 The location is good; Pub Street is an 11-minute walk away. I pre-booked a private airport transfer via this website, which cost about 24 USD one way, and the journey took about an hour. Visa on arrival costs 30 USD, payable by cash or card. Previously, photos were required for the visa, but now only money is needed. For temple tours, I rented a tuk-tuk for two days, 8 hours each day (from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), for 15 USD per day. This was more than enough time to leisurely explore all the temples of the grand and small circuits and have a relaxed lunch. Long shorts are allowed in all temples, even on the upper level of Angkor Wat (despite some reviews claiming otherwise). The primary currency in daily circulation is the US dollar, which is very convenient. Prices are all in dollars, and change is always given in dollars. Conclusion: A beautiful, modern, high-quality hotel. However, what might be an unpleasant surprise is the meager breakfast selection. Perhaps when the hotel has more guests, they will improve this. In any case, I would gladly stay here again.

This hotel recently opened, and the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and quiet, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious. It's also super convenient, just about a ten-minute walk from Siem Reap's liveliest Pub Street and Night Market.
