Prime location in Bangkok! The breakfast is also quite good. The executive room comes with lounge access, which I only used once during my 3-day stay – it was a nice place to relax. Overall, this hotel stands out among the others on my trip, mainly because the location is absolutely perfect. It's not far from Lumpini Park, within walking distance, although it takes a bit of time. The overall experience was very comfortable; I went to Lumpini Park twice and it was so refreshing!

The location is fantastic, right in Pratunam, next to CentralWorld. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel has a pool and a fitness room, but the breakfast was just so-so.

We arrived the hotel early and they told us the room will be ready by 2pm. We go back at 5pm and they told us the room is not yet ready. We booked a family room, and informed them there are two kids, no kids slippers, no amenities until we asked so.  Even worse the shower room is very slippery, and without a non slippery mat until you ask so, my daughter has fallen down on the floor because of that. Remember to ask for one if you travel with young kids or elderly.  And the traffic around hotel is terrible you need to add half hour traffic congestion time when you do the planning but it’s normal here, I believe.

The room was absolutely fantastic; we could easily open three large suitcases without any issue! The pool had a great vibe, and the night view was stunning. The breakfast is definitely worth adding on—it's very extensive. The only downside is the location often gets really congested (from 8 AM to 10 PM), and it was hard to find a car willing to take us.

The hotel is really close to Central World, so you don't have to worry about food options. Although it's a 10-minute walk to the BTS station, it's still a good choice considering the traffic in the city center. The hotel breakfast was very rich. The only downside was that the hotel wasn't attentive enough. We stayed in a family room but only two bath towels were provided, so we had to call room service every night. Also, the shower gel dispenser was a bit too high for kids; they needed help to reach the shower gel and shampoo.
