Stayed at this hotel recently and overall it was a mixed experience. The location is definitely a strong plus — very convenient and within walking distance to Big C and Central World, which made shopping and meals very easy. However, the toilet flushing system was quite weak and inconsistent, which was inconvenient during the stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was good with a nice variety of options. That said, some items were not replenished promptly — the passion fruit ran out early and was never topped up. Good location and decent breakfast selection, but the bathroom facilities and replenishment service could be improved.

Room was a bit small and cramped but it was clean. Location of the hotel is convenient but very busy and hectic during peak hours. A lot of good amenities nearby such as a McDonald's and 7-11.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to Central World. The views from the higher floors are also quite good. We booked a family room this time, which was a bit small but acceptable. There was no bathtub, and the kids' amenities weren't prepared very promptly. Breakfast was pretty standard; there was a dedicated Indian cuisine section, and we saw many female guests wearing headscarves. The outdoor pool isn't large but it's a highlight. Overall, you're paying more for the prime location than for the hotel's features.

The hotel's location is super convenient, though taxis have to take a roundabout way to get to the main entrance, which is something to keep in mind. The room itself is a bit dated, and the air conditioning wasn't quite cool enough. However, the cleanliness was excellent. There's a skybridge nearby that leads directly to many shopping malls and a Big C supermarket. This time, the price was around ¥1200, which felt a bit steep; it would be more acceptable if it were around ¥600-700 RMB. On the plus side, the breakfast spread was very rich and satisfying.
