Location is great as is just right beside Platinum mall. Well accessible skywalk bridge to Central world n Big C. Check in lobby counter Staff are friendly and Breakfast spread are 👍🏻. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, the only downside is the bathroom basin design water tap flow no matter turned on small or big will still make a mess 😅

The stay was good. Wished that tv have more english movie channels and floors are carpetted. Hope for a wider halal breakfast section. Breakfast is a simple affair. Sufficient enough. Wished room service served is no pork no lard. Price of hotel abit pricey for type of room as compared to a more luxurious hotel just cross the road. But cos of convenience, its makes up for it. Check-in officers should open more counters. 2 check-in counters only during busy periods. Wished they open the hotel direct connection to the R-walk. Why did u close it?! Overall it was a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam. Our room had a beautiful view of the city, overlooking the Pratunam area with malls like Big C and CentralWorld along the main shopping district. The breakfast was great (I especially loved the milk tea). My wife and son truly enjoyed the stay and already miss the comfort of the hotel. I would also like to thank the hotel staff who kindly helped fix our booking (I’m sorry I forgot her name). Your help was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we would happily come back again.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a better located hotel in the Pratunam area. Booked a room with lounge access and enjoyed afternoon tea (1-3pm) and alcohol with canapés (5-7pm). Breakfast spread and quality were great too!

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel environment is clean and tidy overall, with a bright and spacious lobby that gives a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The front desk staff provided excellent service; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently answered all our questions. The room was cozy, the bed was soft and clean, and the soundproofing was good, so we had a great night's rest. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, and all toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, making travel very easy. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, catering to different preferences. Overall, this is a hotel with great value for money; I was very pleased with the service, environment, and facilities. If I have the chance to visit this city again, I will definitely choose to stay here and recommend it to my friends.

I didn't realize until my second day that the Erawan Shrine was right downstairs! The room was nice and clean, and the shopping downstairs was super convenient.

Stayed at this hotel recently and overall it was a mixed experience. The location is definitely a strong plus — very convenient and within walking distance to Big C and Central World, which made shopping and meals very easy. However, the toilet flushing system was quite weak and inconsistent, which was inconvenient during the stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was good with a nice variety of options. That said, some items were not replenished promptly — the passion fruit ran out early and was never topped up. Good location and decent breakfast selection, but the bathroom facilities and replenishment service could be improved.
