Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

Excellent hotel, very close to the malls. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to shop.

I really didn't feel like the hotel staff were keen to serve me. Every time I called reception to request something, they'd forget, and I'd have to go down to the lobby to order again. The hotel breakfast seemed to cater more to Indian tastes, with few Chinese options and not many salad varieties. The pool shown online is completely misleading; it's tiny and dirty, a murky grey color. The ground floor lobby smelled awful, and the 6th-floor reception, as well as all the elevators, reeked of Indians. The corridors on the floors were very dark and poorly lit. The only good thing I can say is that the location is quite convenient.

Superb hotel, perfectly located at the foot of all the Platinum, Central World, and Big C shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The infinity pool is amazing and offers a beautiful view of the city.

Great location, convenient for getting to Bangkok's hot spots like Central World, Pratunam, and Big C. Good hygiene, friendly staff, and good facilities.

The front desk service attitude wasn't very good, especially the lady last night 😓😓. Hope they can improve. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness is still good, and I also went to the restaurant for dinner 🥣.

The family room is perfect for a family of four. The location is great, very close to CentralWorld, though Bangkok's traffic is indeed very congested. The hotel has direct access to the skybridge, and the pool is also quite good.
