Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Bangkok Platinum. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. The biggest advantage is its excellent location. It is directly connected to Platinum Fashion Mall and within walking distance of major shopping destinations, restaurants, and public transport, making it extremely convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would happily stay here again.

Location is great but pros and cons. Reached slightly earlier than check-in timing, requested for a slightly early check in, not immediately when reached but was declined. Check out day requested for a slight late check out of half an hour, was also rejected saying due to fully booked.

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many shopping malls, and the skywalk makes it easy to get around without having to walk under the sun. It's also very convenient for taking the BTS and ARL. Some more lots of local food options nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The front desk staff are great, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly too. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

This was my fourth stay at Novotel Platinum. I only stay at his hotel whenever I travel to Bangkok. I chose this is because of the location and easy access to many places, tj concierge service is always tip tip. The family room is very cozy.

I always enjoy staying at the Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam whenever I visit Bangkok. Its central location is a huge advantage, with easy access to shopping centers, local restaurants, and many attractions around the city. The front desk team, especially Palmy and Jeena, made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights of this trip was the newly renovated swimming pool. The area has a fresh and stylish design, creating a peaceful space to unwind after a busy day. My 7-year-old daughter absolutely loved spending time there, which made the experience even more memorable for our family. Breakfast was another standout feature. The buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, ensuring there was something for every taste. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool with some tasty food and refreshing cocktails. With its excellent location, friendly service, great facilities, and family-friendly atmosphere, this hotel continues to be one of our top choices in Bangkok. We look forward to staying here again in the future

We are satisfied with this hotel. Especially the service, especially when I asked for a small surprise for my friend's birthday, when I opened the room door, everything was prepared from a small cake with writing and balloons, my friend was very happy with this surprise.
