Baan Wanchart

This was definitely the biggest surprise of the trip, bringing me so much warmth and joy. The location is fantastic, right next to a 7-Eleven and two delicious night market stalls. The owners, an elderly couple, provided exceptional service; they were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the hotel was very well-maintained. The breakfast was also incredibly delicious, handmade, and the 24-hour tea restaurant allows you to dine in the courtyard, facing the stream and bathed in sunshine – a truly pleasant experience. Complimentary shower gel and towels are provided. The bathroom and toilet were impeccably clean.

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were kind and lovely. Breakfast was included. This was my first stay and I was very impressed.

The location is excellent, if you don't mind the lack of a metro station nearby, there are lots of great places to walk to, the food is good, and they even helped us in an emergency when we called the hotel and asked them to speak Thai to the driver for us!

The hotel is in a quiet location, you can't hear cars or scooters. Khao San Road is 13 minutes away. All the temples are a 7-10 minute tuk-tuk ride away. The reception is friendly, the breakfasts are modest, but you won't go hungry. The room is clean, napkins, mugs, a kettle, glasses - everything is there. We only stayed overnight. There was no extra toilet paper in the toilet, and the room wasn't cleaned. We were only there for 3 days. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is white, so if you don't...

The hotel is fantastic. We've stayed here before, but this time we got a larger room. It's truly spacious, and the bathroom is huge, with a wall separating the shower from everything else. The bed is comfortable (we love firm mattresses). The air conditioning was in good condition. The rooms overlook the canal on the north side and get cooler than others. Everything you need is in the room, and cleaning is available upon request. The breakfast is quite nice, and the kitchen with tea and cookies is available 24/7. You can do laundry. The location is great, with a lot of things within walking distance, and there's plenty of transportation around the area. We really enjoyed using the boats. If we ever return to Bangkok, we'll definitely choose this hotel again.

A small, three-story hotel, very cozy, located near Khao San Road, close to the historic center. The atmosphere is very homey, with a buffet available at any time, snacks, a microwave, free tea, and coffee, and fruit is always available. Situated on the banks of the canal, it's a very quiet place, unlike Khao San Road.

Great for a few days' stay. Close to the main palaces.
