The staff person that checked me in was sitting and had his feet up. Looked like I was bothering him

Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. Very easy check-in. The only thing I wish is that it had a complementary breakfast

. Elizabeth made our stay feel welcoming. She is very polite and kind. The gathering space at the lobby is comfy and accommodated our large family.

We were unable to use the pool, the temperature was cold. One of the reasons we booked was to swim and relax. Staff was very rude and dismissive. We were not made to feel welcome at all. A lot of eye rolls. In the evening, we went to have a drink in the lounge. Bartender was sitting at a table, on his phone. I had to physically walk to the table and ask for drinks. He reluctantly got up and made our drinks but was also rude. We had one drink and went to our room. It was to be a special evening away and we were uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. We will not be booking at this hotel again.🙁 I work in the service industry and would never, nor would I allow my staff, treat a customer in this manner!!

Room was pretty clean, property is nice. I liked that they had a bar and Starbucks on sight, however the “Starbucks” staff wasn’t at all friendly and the coffee was terrible. We would stay there again.

.The person that checked us in was rude. The room and hotel were clean and nice. Breakfast was expensive but the $6.00 coffee was good, and the gal that served us was very nice . The staff that checked us out was also very friendly. Over nice hotel but a bit pricey and not a lot options for amenities.

The staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Quick check in, clean room and a quiet stay. Only downfall was you had to purchase your breakfast.

Clean property. Restaurants within walking distance.

The room was not clean (pizza grease and crumbs on the counter, apple jacks on the floor) and the sink wouldn't drain so we had to move when we got there. The next room was not cleaned very well either. No complimentary anything at this hotel.
