The hotel environment is beautiful, a great place, no complaints at all. It's also very close to the Starfield Library in Seoul, and on my last day, staying here, there was even a bus to Gimpo Airport 🚌👌🏻

You can take airport bus 6103 to COEX City Airport and walk for about 10 minutes from there to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend taking the underground route as it's like a maze and quite confusing. The hotel is connected to COEX Mall and Hyundai Department Store Gangnam, and there's also a ******* nearby, plus a small food street right opposite. Overall, it's very convenient to get around. The only thing I was unhappy with was the soundproofing. On my first night, I heard strange noises from the room above around midnight. It was the first time I've ever experienced something like that in a five-star hotel. Thankfully, my child was already asleep; otherwise, I wouldn't have known how to explain it – it would have been too awkward.

The room was excellent, very spacious, and having a separate shower and bathtub was super convenient. The hotel service was great; all the staff would nod and greet you. The location is what I absolutely loved – right next to COEX, with a Hyundai Department Store, and most importantly, it's a departure point for the airport shuttle to Incheon Airport, which is incredibly convenient. I stayed here the first time I came to Korea for a concert, and I still love it on my second visit. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, with easy access to both Line 9 and Line 2, and there's even a bus nearby that goes to Incheon. The hotel's pool is great, and the service is excellent; I accidentally stained the bed sheets, and they were replaced immediately without any extra cleaning fee. Members can also check in early.

The hotel is new and the room decor is very comfortable, giving it a homey feel!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Bongeunsa Temple and right next to COEX Mall. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with convenience stores nearby and several popular, trendy restaurants within easy reach.

This hotel is located in Gangnam, directly across from Bongeunsa Temple. You can take the 6103 bus from the airport to the COEX City Air Terminal, then it's just a short walk of a few hundred meters to the hotel. The hotel itself is incredibly high-end; the facilities are new, the rooms are spotless, and most importantly, it's incredibly quiet! We stayed for three nights and slept wonderfully every single night. There's a street full of restaurants right opposite the hotel, with everything from Korean BBQ to fried chicken. You can also walk to COEX to explore the shopping mall; both COEX Mall and Hyundai Department Store offer an amazing selection of goods.

The location is great, and while the room is a bit small, the facilities are good, and the bedding is comfortable. It's just a little too cramped; we almost couldn't even open our suitcases. My friend and I chose this hotel for our trip to Seoul. We had a small issue and asked the front desk for help, and the concierge service was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious, much better than the Marriott I stayed at last time in Seoul. They had my favorite rice, along with various fruits, salads, yogurts, and freshly squeezed juices. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seoul.

Fried chicken and roasted pork skin, yum! My child rested very well, and the cute dog cafe at the restaurant was fantastic too! Koreans are so fit, the gym is super awesome! I'll definitely come again!
