Fraser Place Puteri Harbour, Johor

Staff were friendly and approachable. Pool was mostly clean. Jacuzzi was very cold. Rooms were clean and tidy. Sea view was gorgeous

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel’s facilities were well kept, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the good service and hospitality. I would be happy to return again on my next visit.

Our 1st stay here some time back was wonderful so we chose to spend our anniversary here. Sadly, our stay was less enjoyable - small things added up like front office staff being less warm and professional, room showing age and damage, view from the room not as good as our earlier stay, area around still not really vibrant (the Korean bakery is gone too sadly)… Breakfast spread was good and overall not bad.

The hotel is clean and bed is comfortable Come with electric vehicle charger for those who are driving EV

We booked a stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour for 3 people to celebrate my wife’s birthday and opted to pay extra for a room with a "Sea View." We also reached out beforehand to ask for a small birthday surprise for her. Unfortunately, the "sea view" was a major letdown. Instead of an open, pleasant coastal view, it was mostly looking out over surrounding developments and construction with very little actual water in sight—definitely not what you hope for when booking a special occasion room. On a positive note, I do want to give credit to the hotel staff for their service and effort. They did prepare a birthday cake for my wife as requested. While it wasn't set up in the room prior to our arrival as hoped—it showed up in our fridge on the second day after we returned from our day out—we still really appreciate that they remembered and made the gesture.

Thank you so much to the hotel team for helping with the lovely setup and arrangements for our anniversary celebration. ❤️ Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail. The warm hospitality made our stay even more special and memorable. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration such a wonderful one! Highly recommended! 😊

My 16yo and I were doing a staycation at Fraser Place. We enjoyed the tranquility of the Seaview from the room, and the accessibility to the restaurant and The Pasar supermarket nearby, as well as the gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room within the hotel.
