Fraser is located at the far end of Johor Bahru, and the location is quite far from the town area. There are also not many shops nearby, and I noticed some abandoned buildings around the area. The hotel itself is quite old, including the rooms, toilet, and some of the amenities, so overall it feels rather average. However, I have stayed here a few times because I really like that the room comes with a washing machine, which is very convenient. Other than that, travelling to the town area of Johor Bahru takes quite a bit of time due to the distance. Overall, my experience has been average.

Amazing hospitality from the front desk, I checked in early around 12:30pm and was prepared to wait until 2pm for my room to be ready, but the guy at the front desk was determined to search for a ready room so I can rest 🥲 He even offered me free breakfast! I am not local so he also advised me to leave earlier to beat the buka puasa traffic jam to wherever I’m headed for dinner. Room is clean and comfy, will definitely book again!

A hotel that i like that is far from the noisy part of jb. Place for me to just chill and sleep, after a day out to shop and makan. Hungry at night or early morning order food, pickup eat on bed and watch TV. Room is big and clean, aircon strong and make me sleep until tomorrow. Toilet water also hot, feel shiok. Washing machine, shiok I wash clothes then go back can relax no need wash. Then cny strike midnight, fireworks just out side my balcony. Nice but I scared le, keep shooting fireworks till early morning. Feel like going to hit my balcony. Whole place smoky like got fog. Scary experience, adventure! Everything is good, but just during checkout the staff looks like a senior staff serving me no expression, no words, shocking by such service.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was m spacious and the staff were helpful. The location is peaceful, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Loved our stay at Fraser Place, especially the beautiful view from the room. The breakfast was awesome — we stayed for 3 nights and the menu changed every day, so we never felt bored. My kids especially loved the bathtub, which is something many hotels don’t have nowadays. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family.

valet service 10/10, the way they handle it like pro.. everything 10/10.. we use extra towel to mat the toilet floor coz it’s slippery when it’s wet.. satisfied stays dor 2 days.. THANKS FRASER PLACE PUTERI HARBOUR FOR THE HOSPITALITY
