Sala Siem Reap Hotel

I was very satisfied with the hotel check-in. The only issue was that the elevator broke down during my stay. I recommend booking their breakfast-inclusive package because breakfast costs $7 per person if purchased separately, and there's no upgrade option.

It's decent, has everything you need, and the location is convenient. The hotel service is good, with a large supermarket right next door and a museum across the street. The green spaces are also nice, and it offers great value for money. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order when I visited, but thankfully the highest floor is only the 3rd.

An excellent hotel that I would gladly return to if I ever find myself in this city again! From the very first moments, I was impressed by the staff's attitude – everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. During check-in, they assisted me with all my questions, and my luggage was already delivered to my room while I was completing the formalities. The hotel grounds are very inviting: a beautiful and clean courtyard with a pool, perfect for spending some relaxing time. The interior design truly exudes Cambodian authenticity and atmosphere. A special thanks for the help with organizing my trip to Angkor Wat. The staff provided detailed advice on how best to arrange everything. I also want to highlight the convenient location: Angkor Wat is just 6 km from the hotel. There's a large supermarket nearby where you can buy almost anything you need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia! Thank you so much for your hospitality and a wonderful stay.

Although it seemed a bit old, it was clean. The person taking breakfast orders got it wrong twice, but it was fine. Having a large supermarket nearby was very convenient.
