Bhu Nga Thani Resort & Villas Railay

This was a really bad experience. When I arrived at the front desk, they couldn't find my booking. It took half an hour to check in. As for the room's curtains, the hooks were hung like this (referring to an image, implying it was incorrect). Any local user knows these are for preventing light leakage, and the curtain should be hung on the first hole. The staff seemed unaware and hung all of them on the second, leaving a 10cm gap when the curtains were closed. I had to fix it myself. Then there's the bathroom – a wet/dry separation setup with a whopping 13 blinds! To take a shower, I had to roll each one up individually. Is the designer okay? The shower only had an overhead rain shower, so you'd get wet just turning the water on and off. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied. The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the pier, just a 5-minute walk. However, there are very few shops nearby; they're all on the other side.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, the first was last year. The service is perfect, the staff are friendly, and the room is clean. The pool staff are also very welcoming. I'd like to express my gratitude to all the staff! 🤗

We stayed here for our honeymoon. From the front desk to the service staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, which made for a very pleasant experience. Our room, despite showing some age, was meticulously clean to the point where the age wasn't an issue at all! The bathtub was spacious, and they even provided bubble bath. We really appreciated the amenities, coffee capsules, and bottled water. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own skincare products like cleanser and facial wash. We stayed in a pool villa, and the pool water was so clean and refreshing that we went for a dip twice a day, every day! Beach towels were also provided. The breakfast offered variety each day, and we thoroughly enjoyed it for all three mornings without getting bored. The coffee, made with an espresso machine, was a nice touch! Regarding access: when taking a bus from Krabi Airport, if you tell them you're going to Railay Beach, they'll drop you off at Ao Nam Mao Pier. From there, you'll need to buy a longtail boat ticket to Railay East Beach. The East Beach side has a pier, so you can disembark without getting wet, and the resort is conveniently located about a 30-second walk from there! Railay Beach itself is small, so there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Krabi.

The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and very comfortable with a beautiful and spacious room. The pool was under renovation, which I wasn't aware of (renovations apparently until autumn). I recommend the hotel; the welcome drink was delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was very impressed with my stay at Bhu Nga Thani Resort & Spa, Railay. The atmosphere is peaceful and lush, surrounded by nature, making me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. All the amenities were excellent. The staff were all friendly, smiling, and very helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The resort's location is also great; it's convenient to walk to the beach and various attractions.

We really enjoyed the hotel, especially the pool with the swim-up bar. The gym was also adequate.
