Went to the restaurant on 12/08/26 with my family to have a family meal as it was my son’s birthday. We were terribly disappointed with how appalling their service was. We waited for over 40mins before someone finally came to take our oders. The gentleman who came to serve us said he was a supervisor, apologised for the poor service. He attributed their poor service to lack of staff. Everyone deserves a second chance, I guess. We went back this evening (Friday, 14/08/26) to their live band. The service today was worse than our experience on Wednesday. Waited for over an hour for the food to arrive. They missed out out my order. I reminded them and kept waiting. After waiting for another 20 minutes I asked the waitress( the supervisor) to bring my bill. Waited for another ten minutes and nobody brought any bill. I asked my family to leave the restaurant as this was the worse restaurant we have ever been to. This is very poor not only for this company but for my Beloved country, Ghana. Only God can help us.

Very poor restaurant services. Food extremely delays and the food is not really nice. Mostly cold and not tasty. Even though the rooms are neat but it's not a place I would want to stay again due to poor food services. Even their breakfast buffet is dry and lacks variety 🫤
