I wouldn’t rate this as a four-star hotel. The cleaning standards were below expectations, and the breakfast options for vegans were very limited — I was only offered plain sticky rice and plain rice rolls that were supposed to contain mushrooms. My room was also quite noisy due to construction right outside the window.
The rooms themselves are outdated, warm, and in need of renovation; the air conditioning is old and struggles to cool the space. The restaurant area is also small and uncomfortably hot.
The staff, however, are extremely kind — and that’s the main reason this hotel deserves the rating I’m giving it.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and strategically located with easy access to key areas. The staff are attentive and friendly, making the stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location is good and so many cafes and restaurants nearby. Can enjoy strolling around old quarter. Place is ok but there’s ongoing construction next to it…disrupting sleep.

Small hotel in old quarters which has many shops selling sports clothes and food. Location is about 15-20 minutes walk to the lake. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. For breakfast, the main course is to be selected from a simple menu.
