I enjoyed the afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel bar, but the breakfast was just average. The front desk staff were terrible – unfriendly and unwelcoming during check-in. In the morning, at breakfast, I asked a staff member if they could make me an iced coffee with less ice. They seemed very annoyed and just pointed to a pre-made coffee at the counter, which was already more than half melted, and told me that was 'less ice.' Good heavens, it's the first time in my life I've encountered such an employee. I was disappointed from the check-in process all the way through to the customer service.

So far on this trip to Phu Quoc, I've stayed at three hotels: the Radisson, this one, and the Accor Apartments. This hotel has a fantastic design, and the street downstairs has a chic, boutique vibe. The location is absolutely fantastic! Right in the heart of Sunset Town. The cable car, Kiss of the Sea, and Symphony of the Sea are all just a 5-10 minute walk away. For the buggy tour, you don't even need a reservation; just head out at 5 PM and flag one down like a taxi! However, the food generally didn't suit my taste. This applies to the breakfast, Cielo, and Il Salone. But the views are insane! Even from our second-floor room, we could see the Symphony of the Sea fireworks from the side! Both Cielo and Il Salone are prime spots for fireworks. To get this kind of luxury for the price is incredible. The room condition is pretty good! For sunset town area , it’s considered a very central location. The clock tower is one of sunset town’s attraction. Walking distance to cable car and all shows. One of the concerns I have is the breakfast. It doesn’t really have much option for non pork eaters. N the spread is just ok for a brand these big. Perhaps can improve in that sense. The price is among one of the highest in sunset town, but it comes with free one kiss of the sea ticket for per night stay, free entry to kiss bridge and u can actually watch the symphony of the sea show from many of their restaurants , which makes it quite reasonable then. I wouldn’t say the beach is the best at Phu quoc coz the kiss bridge directly in front of the hotel kinda kill the beach vibes, so may b u might wanna save abit of money then taking the ocean view rooms. The welcome drink was awesome tho.
