Hotel Thomas Bangkok

The hotel location is super convenient! A direct train from the airport takes you straight there. It only cost around 700+ bucks a night and included breakfast. The bed was really comfy, and there was even a small patio. Coming back to the hotel at night felt so relaxing!

It was clean and stylish, spotless. For this price, location, and quality, I was very satisfied. There are also convenience stores nearby.

Convenient location, close to BTS. The room's soundproofing was poor; I could hear the phone vibrating in the next room at night. My experience was not good. The front desk staff were not very friendly. After checking out, I stored my luggage. When I came back to pick it up, there was only one staff member at the front desk, who was busy photocopying a guest's ID. My pre-booked car was waiting at the door, and I was in a rush to get to the airport. I tried to signal to the staff that I wanted to get my luggage, but they completely ignored me. My luggage was right in front of me, so I unclipped the tag myself. Only then did the staff notice and unpleasantly told me to go outside. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back to stay here.

Loved the hotel's location, just 5 minutes from the BTS Skytrain and the airport link. It was clean, cozy, and stylish.

I really love the decor style of this hotel; the pictures are exactly like the real thing! Plus, it's super close to the subway station – so convenient, just a one-minute walk! There's even a famous champion coffee shop right next door. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Conveniently located at Phayathai station. The room was spacious, the mattress comfortable, and it had a lovely, comforting scent (if you're a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear the train at night). Downstairs, there's a cafe, and across the street, you'll find After You and 7-Eleven. The staff were polite and provided excellent service. Great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed for two nights upon arrival in Bangkok. I took the ARL from the airport to the hotel, but it was quite a struggle to actually get to the hotel. (There's an issue with how the ARL and BTS are set up). It's a very stylish hotel, and I was really satisfied that I could relax in the bathtub. I would love to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok.
