Shower water is not so strong

I like the location and it has a lot of potential. My biggest complaint is that we could hear the conversations in the rooms around us pretty clearly. The restaurant options are pretty limited. The shop seemed decently stocked and points for carrying Coke products rather than Pepsi. The shower was rough. The curtain was really short so be cautious to not get water everywhere. The pressure was ok if you could get the shower turned on. That took a little jiggling. I would have liked a few more pillows as there was not a lot of support. The beds were comfortable though so that is a plus. This is not my first stay here. It seems the last room was better. I will give it another chance as the price is reasonable and location is great.

Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly! We were on the first floor and people were extremely loud in the hallway late at night and the downeaster train tracks were 20 feet from our window. Very convenient location for all the great shops nearby though.

No the buffet was not fresh. Black hard bacon dry eggs water for tea wasn't even hot.. sandwiches on dinner menu. The only meal was a dried up beef. Gross!!

Found contacts on the sink from the previous clientele. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly. Room was nice and spacious. Had the whole pool to myself early mornings. Would stay again...

The hotel was filled with kids for a sporting even held the next days. They spent most of the evening (7 pm to 10pm) running around in hallways without adult supervision. When I addressed the issue with the front desk in person, I was met with the « quiet hours start at 10 » response, and was verbally attacked by one of the adults accompanying some of the children, visibly inebriated, for allegedly scolding the kids (I had only asked them to stop and to tell me where I could find an adult). I basically paid to have a disturbed night with no effort to resolve the matter either at the time of the issue nor the next morning when I checked out. I have reached out to hotel management with no response a week later.

The staff at the hotel were great! They were very professional and friendly. I stayed in a beautiful room over looking the patio area.
