The room was overall great, and the one I booked even came with afternoon tea personally delivered by the front desk. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient to get around. I wasn't disturbed at all while in the room, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time.

I stayed here for a business trip to Beijing and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. After checking out, while I was working in the lobby, a staff member thoughtfully brought me warm water and a delicate little bookmark as a souvenir. It’s so exquisite and I really love it. My visa interview went smoothly! Huge thanks to the front desk staff for helping me print my documents, and for providing a file folder and paperclips to organize everything. Such a thoughtful gesture that really warmed my heart. The main reason for my trip was for the visa-free entry, and the hotel's location is fantastic—very close to the embassy, just a few minutes' walk away. They even upgraded my room upon check-in yesterday, and I loved the upgraded room. Thank you to the entire hotel team for your wonderful service. The room was comfortable—though the furnishings are a bit dated, everything was well-maintained and fully functional. Service was prompt and attentive: the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the housekeeping attendant cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Complimentary parking was available, and the spacious bathtub made for a truly relaxing soak. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options — the hot noodle station is especially tasty, and the window-side seating provides lovely views. 🌟🌟 The overall interior design is understated yet elegant, creating a calm, unhurried atmosphere; it’s very relaxing to linger in the lobby after meals. The ambiance throughout is warm and inviting. Guest rooms feature comfortable, clean bedding, and the staff delivers friendly, professional service — attentive without being overbearing.

The hotel is superbly located and the rooms are very clean. Though it’s a long-established five-star property with somewhat dated interior decor, the mattress and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. It remains a favorite among Air China frequent guests — many used to drive here and park in the south courtyard or right at the entrance. Nowadays, there’s still some parking available at the front, plus the nearby Air China office parking lot, which should be sufficient. The breakfast buffet is impressively varied, and there are also several authentic local breakfast stalls right outside the hotel entrance — excellent value for money at this price point.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The check-in staff were all very warm and welcoming, and they even offered a bottle of warm mineral water upon arrival—a thoughtful touch that is truly commendable for a hotel. Highly recommended!
