Radisson Blu Plaza Chongqing

Every year when I return to Chongqing, this hotel is my top choice. It's right on Nanbin Road, by the Yangtze River Bridge. While it doesn't directly face the busiest part of the night view, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent, and the service is truly exceptional. The service team, especially Manager Xiaoqiu, genuinely embodies the 'service first' philosophy. It's an older five-star hotel, but the cleanliness is well-maintained. The value for money and overall experience are fantastic. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and the bathroom was especially spacious. The front desk staff, Xiao Shi and Xiao Mi, were both incredibly nice. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips. Plus, you can overlook the Yangtze River night view, which is just fantastic.

This hotel is perfect for K-pop fans! The room was spacious, very clean, and the facilities were great. Ms. Alive Shi was very polite and friendly, and she even upgraded our family's room type! Our room faced the Yangtze International Building and the bridge, which was amazing!

The room facilities are quite comprehensive, and the elevator operates smoothly. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast with many choices, which is very suitable for families traveling with children. 😊

My overall stay experience was great! I'd especially like to commend the concierge staff for their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. They proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival and guided me through everything with great care. The check-in process was a bit slow that day, but it's completely understandable as it seemed to coincide with a large group's arrival. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay in all aspects. I'll definitely choose a Jinjiang hotel again for my next trip.

I was on a business trip to Chongqing and had a friend book a popular influencer hotel for me. I couldn't stand it after one night. I switched to this hotel, but only booked two days, worried about the same situation. However, after checking in, I found both the hotel environment and cleanliness to be excellent. The hotel gym, in particular, had new equipment and great service, making me want to work out every day. I ended up extending my stay for another two days. It's a very good hotel, and I'll consider staying here again next time I'm in Chongqing. I also want to mention that this hotel is next to Changjiang International, so the views are especially good, and the night view is also excellent. The key is that there are many young people checking in for photos, which is quite a sight to see every day when coming and going. The only downside is that the doormen in the lobby lack service awareness. There were no measures to store umbrellas on rainy days, and they didn't bother to help with food deliveries, just telling guests to find the front desk, as if it had nothing to do with them. I hope this can be improved next time I visit.

This was by far the worst Radisson experience I've ever had. Five stars to the front desk lady, but the concierge loses 2 stars, and the facilities lose 3, bringing the overall rating down to a zero. The room reeked of smoke the moment I walked in, and it lingered for both nights of my stay. Ordering takeout was a hassle; I had to call the front desk, then they'd transfer me to the concierge to bring it up. The wait for the concierge was even longer than the wait for the delivery driver. Most hotels handle something like this without a second thought. There wasn't even a single place to sit in the lobby. After checking out, I was waiting for my ride and sat in what looked like the lobby manager's seat, only to be told to move by a staff member.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or subway. The hotel feels well-managed overall, with service and attention to detail being quite good. The biggest feeling after checking in was comfort. The mattress and pillows in the room were very comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The hotel's gym and pool are also well-maintained and clean, with a nice environment. Being able to keep up with my fitness routine during my stay was a big plus. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

You can tell this hotel has been around for over a decade; the facilities are quite old, reflecting a star-rated hotel style from more than ten years ago. There wasn't a single charging port in the entire room, good thing I brought my own adapter. My child wanted to visit the Yangtze International, so I booked this hotel without much thought. The breakfast was decent, just the usual simple offerings you'd expect from a star-rated hotel, but the variety was acceptable. The details were quite thoughtful; the coffee machine had both Chinese and English labels, and there was even a decaf option. The view was nice, with a glimpse of the Yangtze River. The value for money isn't great, and the service was just average.
