Upon check-in we asked the receptionist if there were anyone to help with our 2 heavy bags, all we got was no! The receptionist did not welcome us nor have any greeting. Our room was the superior room the most expensive one having a beautiful sea view, what was shown on the photo is absolutely not the same, after refusing this old dilapidated room she said she would upgrade to a villa, the villa turned out to be even more dinghy. Finally she put us next door. We checked in a 7pm asked for ice, she said they don't have. She was rude sullen. Never a smile. Next day no greeting not even a good morning or "how was your stay' absolutely nothing. Ive been to 100s hotels across Thailand, this hands down is the worst. The room shabby styled in the 70s, bathroom look like it needed dire fixing , not even a shelf to put the shampoo. Id rate this 1 out of 10

The location on Lipa Noi beach is very convenient, the exit to the sea is convenient and gentle. The territory is very green, the service is friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts are modest. We lived in a villa with a view of the garden - we liked everything very much

Beautiful beach and sunset. We stayed in one of the cabins, which were also very beautiful and just steps from the beach. Light sleepers should be aware that the cabins' soundproofing is very poor; at night, you can hear birds and insects as if you were outside. Breakfast isn't a buffet; there's a menu from which you choose a hot drink, a cold drink, and a main course, and no seconds are allowed. To explore the island, renting a motorcycle is ideal because the hotel is isolated.

Nice hotel with a nice swimming pool. The room is actually an all-wood bungalow. Very well equipped with a very large bathroom (bathtub, indoor shower and outdoor shower) Air conditioning in the bedroom only. The only problem is that the bungalow is not soundproofed and you can hear guests talking about the neighboring bungalow. The hotel is not located in a very busy area so it is better to be motorized. A few restaurants around but the road is dark in the evening for walking. Basic breakfast.

A bit far from everything, you should be mobile. The room is very simply furnished. The garden is beautiful. The staff, with the exception of one lady, is bored and doesn't care about the guests at all. They hang in their desk chairs behind the reception and hardly move. The staff at breakfast even tops this off, not only are they not friendly, I found them to be friendly. The breakfast itself must be chosen very sparingly; no more is allowed. I don't recommend it and I certainly won't go there again.
