Never disappoints, I always love it, especially the young man at guest room reservations, he's incredibly attentive.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the environment is always elegant and pleasant. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The room decor is cozy and refined, and there's a plum blossom tree in full bloom right outside the window. It instantly calms my mind, and I just happily stare at it 🌼. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and unbeatable.

The guest rooms are quiet and cozy, with meticulous details showcasing quality. The service is professional and efficient, down to the last detail. The hotel even offers a complimentary travel photoshoot package, complete with makeup, styling, and disinfected period costumes, perfect for couples looking for a romantic, ancient-style experience. The photographer was professional and patient, capturing incredibly surprising moments that will be treasured as happy and precious memories. Definitely worth a visit!

Great room with a view and excellent hotel service! The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of high-quality ingredients, and the in-house spa is elegant and comfortable.

The best hotel in Hangzhou, bar none. It's super convenient to dine at Jin Sha restaurant when staying here, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. While it's a bit older, it's impeccably maintained and much more comfortable than many of the newer hotels. I absolutely love their breakfast – it's exquisite and delicious, hands down better than any other in the city.
