Staff was very nice, we used google translate to communicate and some basic chinese. They recommended a good restaurant in the area. Many shops around. Beds very hard but clean. Bathrooms were ok, just remember not to flush toilet paper or they will get blocked. Pool is separate company, 100 cny per person per use. We decided to swim elsewhere. Xidan station is well connected. Would stay again!

Great location. Hotel is a bit old and in need of some renovation and cleaning.
Staff not well equipped to deal with non-Mandarin speaking or overseas guests.

The facilities are outdated. They rely on their advantageous location but are not ambitious. The hardware is poor and the service is poor. Even the toilet is difficult to flush.
