The building boasts a modern and grand exterior, while the lobby features a simple yet elegant design with lush greenery that adds a touch of vibrancy. The overall environment is quiet and immaculate, ensuring a comfortable stay. ## Room Experience My deluxe king-size room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent natural light and panoramic city views. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress provided just the right amount of support, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was consistently stable. The toiletries were from well-known brands, reflecting strong attention to detail. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a variety of drinks, replenished promptly every day. ## Service and Facilities Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly, proactively offering local guide brochures. The 24-hour room service was very responsive, addressing requests within 10 minutes. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool water was crystal clear. The changing rooms even included a sauna, making the recreational facilities a great experience. ## Dining Experience The breakfast offered a rich variety, including hot Western and Chinese dishes, a live noodle station, and fresh fruit. The coffee was freshly ground and aromatic. For dinner, I tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant; the Cantonese dim sum was authentic, the seafood was fresh, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. ## Value for Money & Recommendations Considering its prime location, excellent facilities, and high standard of service, the room rate offers great value for money. My only suggestion would be to improve the soundproofing in the rooms, as footsteps in the hallway were a bit noticeable at certain times. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great! I arrived quite late that day. The staff member on duty was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The only minor issue was that the elevator card reader was a bit temperamental at times.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were all incredibly rude. My child reported to customer service that an employee entered our room without permission, and the hotel manager then brought staff to our door and bullied us. They treat guests like dirt, probably because they have connections. I hope this place goes out of business soon, they don't even deserve to be called human.

Very dissatisfied. The entire room facilities were extremely old and not very clean. The bathroom was particularly problematic; it was covered in mold and impossible to shower in, forcing me to stay only one night.

We've stayed at four hotels. This is the worst. Everything is so old, it smells of time. It's cramped. The toilet is ordinary. There's no shower hose, just a handheld showerhead on the wall, and the bathtub is shallow. The room is very dark. The overall impression is oppressive and unpleasant. The furniture is old, the bathroom is disgusting, with dark stains on the joints. I would never go back there.

Xidan subway station is very close and clean. It is suitable for sleeping after a business trip. The price is right. Thank you to the front desk and Ctrip customer service~
