The hotel's service and hygiene were absolutely terrible. As soon as I pulled back the duvet, I found bloodstains, and there were other suspicious marks on the sheets. I contacted the staff, and they actually tried to tell me it was fresh blood, suggesting I might have been bitten by a mosquito without noticing. That's just completely ridiculous! They kept trying to pass the buck. When I asked how they'd resolve the issue, all they offered was a room upgrade for my next stay. Seriously, I hope everyone avoids this place. The hotel breakfast was also very mediocre. Honestly, the overall dining experience and service just don't match their pricing. It was really bad.

This was the best hotel we booked in Thailand this trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the two pools were beautiful. My favorite part was sunbathing and collecting seashells on the private beach. Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Sea View Cape Dara Pattaya is one of the hotels I truly enjoyed staying at. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered a stunning sea view that made the stay very relaxing. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully prepared and complete. The service was excellent from every department. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive from the valet parking team, reception staff, and throughout the hotel. The beachfront restaurant had an amazing atmosphere, especially during the evening. The food was delicious, and the wine selection was very well curated and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back again.

The hotel environment is really good, a bit like the Edition in Sanya. However, the only thing I wish the hotel could improve on is the small flying insects in the breakfast area and the lobby.
