Good location which is accessible to Terminal 21. With private beach. Room is with gorgeous view especially when I get the corner sea view room. Breakfast is quite good with great choices. Overall is very happy trip for both of us.

The roosters crowing were quite annoying and severely impacted my sleep. However, I must admit the hotel's views are absolutely stunning, and both pools are incredibly beautiful. Breakfast was just okay, but the room was spacious and the service was very thoughtful.

I had a wonderful view from my balcony and the staff were quite friendly.  If you like treating yourself to a sauna and steam room, this is the perfect place even if there is a fee to use it.  I will return again and the surrounding area is quite clean next to the Terminal 21 mall.

I was pretty satisfied with this hotel. It's great for a vacation, with a swimming pool and a beach. There's also a shuttle service if you want to go out. However, Terminal 21 shopping mall, which everyone online recommends, really doesn't have much to see. So, I think just staying at the hotel is a good option. The hotel views are indeed great, but there doesn't seem to be much else around.

Due to a very tight schedule, I only stayed here for one night. Both the service and the room were very satisfactory. There's just one thing: that Chinese restaurant needs to close down, or at least get a couple of proper Chinese chefs. I've never eaten such awful food in my life, and I found it all at your San Kou Chinese restaurant! 😤
