We had a wonderful mother/daughter massage. The spa was amazing. The Mountain View was spectacular from our room. The room had everything we needed.

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. The property was lovely, the Tipsy Trout and Alpine Hall were both delicious, but Pico Taco was the surprise casual eating find. Fresh and so tasty.

The Lodge is very convenient for skiing, located at the base of the mountains next to the lifts. I stayed there in mid-March during many schools' spring break, and the hotel was very busy with lots of families. All of the staff that I met were friendly and helpful. I dined twice at the two restaurants on site: Alpine Hall and Tipsy Trout. Service quality was mixed. One night at Alpine Hall was professional, the other was amateurish with a poorly trained server and an out-of-date wine list. Service at Tipsy Trout was good. Unfortunately, I got very sick after having dinner at Alpine Hall my last night at the Lodge. When I reported my illness to a hotel employee, she asked what I had eaten and said that other guests had reported getting sick. I did not hear anything further from the Lodge.

Everything was amazing during our trip, from the first contact to the valet parking up to our last interaction with the staff, it was outstanding.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. We went from a Mountain View to a huge mound view. The lodge is lovely, definitely geared towards a family stay than a couples stay. I would stay intown next visit.

Room was not as described in listing description. Two double beds. Not comfortable for two average adults. Making the problem worse, pillows were awful. Spending 800 per night I definitely expected to sleep comfortably, which was not possible. Didn’t expect to need to bring my own pillows and blankets. Additionally, he plugs in the rooms are connected to switches. You think devices are plugged in and charging. But when you turn lights out the plugs shut off. Very frustrating. At a minimum switches and outlets should be labeled as such. After many previous pleasant stays, this was a disappointment and will make us hesitant to book again. Clearly we got lucky with room assignments in the past, this was a very different experience.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a picturesque setting with friendly staff, but we reserved a king and they were sold out when we arrived and our room was by the loading area and ski lift. It was not possible to get rest.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and The Alpine Restaurant was great !! The only complaint was a weird noise from the heating vent that nearly drove me insane the first night but thankfully after skiing all day slept through it the next 2 nights !
