The accommodation is very nice, but they need to pay attention to the details, as that's where the difference lies. Excellent location. I would stay here again if I found a good price.

The facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the cleaning staff does a great job! Customer service is also very good, both from reception and the dining room staff, security guards, etc. Breakfast is okay, although I didn't find any difference in quality or variety compared to the dining room at the Hotel El Paso (where I stayed back in 2024). I missed having avocado, more fruit, and more meat/protein options other than bacon and sausages. The dinner we ordered extra on Friday because this dining room is reputed to have the "best buffet at PortAventura" didn't quite live up to the hype. The food quality was quite good, but it lacked variety; only three simple tapas (😉), only one fish option, etc., etc. And none of the desserts were worth mentioning—they were either poorly made, tasted bad, or both. There was also very little variety of fruit, nothing like the pictures of the dining room circulating online.

A charming place directly at the park and with a super varied buffet, everything perfect.

酒店挺漂亮，只是距離Adventure World Park 較遠，要步行15分鐘。雖然酒店套票已包括SportAdventura World及Ferrari Land入塲卷，但原來本身價格都不貴，Ferrari Land只需12€就可買到入塲卷，因重点 是你要比便高昂的價錢去買Express pass才能有機會玩到圓內的遊戲，我沒付三十多欧元買fast pass想去玩園內的过山車是沒有機會成功的，因你起碼要排3個鐘才可能有機會，所以即使包入塲卷但只聊勝於無，當去園內散個步看看Farrari車是可以的，但要玩園內遊戲已不買Express Pass是妙想天開!!!

Todo muy bien. El Internet en el parque es malo. Y la petición en la reserva de buenas vistas ,no se tuvo en cuenta. Muy recomendable

La mejor opción para visitar el parque. Es el hotel más nuevo del resort y eso se nota: habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y muy buen trato. No dudéis en reservar con media pensión, ya que la comida tiene mucha mejor calidad que en el resto del parque, tanto la cena como desayuno.
