One Budget Hotel Chiangrai Chingsaen 2

Great service, polite and smiling staff. The room was clean, no cigarette smell as requested, and had a beautiful view. Plenty of parking. However, the swimming pool is right next to other guests' rooms, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable and hesitant to use it.

Excellent service and a room with a beautiful view, directly opposite Kings Romans Casino. I'll definitely be back. The service is great and there's a swimming pool.

Great place! Beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms with a lovely view of the Mekong River. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied. I'll definitely come back to stay again if I have the chance.

The hotel was clean and the staff provided excellent service. It had complete facilities, and the swimming pool was super long!

The entire hotel is very new and the facilities are spotless! The staff are polite and always smiling 😊. It's right by the Mekong River, and from our room window, we could see 'Silk Cotton Star' on the opposite bank! The only thing that needs improvement is the soundproofing. The hallway noise is very loud, and there's a big gap under the door. We kept thinking the knocking from the next room was at our own door.

The hotel is great, new, clean, and has everything you need. However, there are no slippers provided in the room. Guests staying in pool access rooms might be disturbed by other guests using the shared pool. They also tend to use the sun loungers by the pool, which are meant for the private use of pool access rooms. Furthermore, there's a walkway that allows other guests to easily access the pool access rooms. I'd suggest the hotel consider partitioning the area for pool access guests.

The view is amazing and the room is very spacious. If you book a room right by the pool, the view is even better and you can easily enjoy a swim.
