Clean comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and 24 hour coffee. It was a great place to stay while visiting family in York for the holidays!

The heat/ac unit, set for heat, keep switching from hot to cold, horrible sleep. We left a day early.

Very nice registration staff. Room clean only complaint would be the heater sounded like a jet plane taken off every time it kicked on otherwise wonderful experience.

Staff was slow to check us in. Then the pool that they said was heated was ice cold. We went there to relax and use the pool to exercise in so this was disappointing. Also the walls were thin and whoever was in the room next to us was swearing a lot and demeaning whoever he was with. It was sad to hear the bad names and swearing he was calling out too! Sadly we won’t be back here
