Residence Odalys Cœur d’Ardeche

J'ai apprécié l'accès très facile à la résidence. Les appartements sont au top et il y a une très belle piscine et le centre-ville est proche.

The accommodation and residence were very pleasant. The staff were attentive and professional. We had a great stay and will keep this address for future holidays.

A warm welcome from two smiling ladies who were attentive to our needs. The accommodations could use a little updating, but overall they were pleasant. Very well equipped, with plenty of crockery and a dishwasher (one less chore!). The property boasts two swimming pools (closed in October, which was a shame, as there are still some beautiful days). Bed linen and towels are provided, and the rates are reasonable.

The apartment was filthy, the floor hadn't been cleaned, there was dust, cobwebs, and the ventilation was clogged with dust. Dirty dishes were stored in the cupboards, and we found fish bones in some of the dishes and plates. The decor was straight out of the 80s. The bedding was uncomfortable. There was no cleaning kit provided, unlike in most places, and not even a mop in the apartment. When we pointed this out to reception, the staff apologized and said they regularly pass on these kinds of complaints, but nothing changes. The apartment stated that the bed would be made upon arrival, but the staff told us that this was no longer the case (please update this information on your website; it will prevent many disappointments). In short, the apartment is well located, but the cleanliness and comfort are appalling.

A very pleasant establishment in a good location. The furniture is a bit worn. The bathtub is slippery, posing a risk of falling. The surroundings are very pleasant, and the staff are friendly. The accommodations are clean.

Rather satisfied, except for the pet supplement (€100/week, €18/night), which is far too prohibitive, especially since it was not clearly indicated on the Booking booking platform.

Pleasant stay overall, the residence is very well located. There's little privacy on the terraces. When the neighbors are noisy, you're part of the conversation... and when it's all day long, it's neither pleasant nor relaxing. The apartment is a bit dated and dark. There's no toilet upstairs, even though there are two bedrooms upstairs. The TV is too small.
