Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel

The environment and service are consistently great, much better than what you'd find on the mainland. Marriott is a very reliable choice, you really can't go wrong. The luggage storage service was a very thoughtful touch.

Everyone, please be cautious if you decide to stay here. I was with my son, enjoying the lake view by the window, and he simply bent his head down, only to hit his eye socket on the window, resulting in a 4-centimeter cut. My immediate reaction wasn't to contact the hotel, but to rush him to the hospital. After his wound was treated, I planned to speak with the hotel about the incident. I wasn't looking to complain, but rather to suggest they place a warning sign near the window. To my surprise, after I spoke with the hotel's lobby manager, he not only showed no concern for my son's injury but immediately shirked responsibility, claiming it had nothing to do with the hotel. He then brazenly stated that there are so many hidden dangers in a room, and they can't possibly put warning signs everywhere. He also said he wouldn't offer any compensation and simply pushed me off, saying it was Saturday and the management wasn't working. The entire conversation lasted five minutes, and he never once asked about my son's condition. I acknowledge that as a parent, I bear some responsibility, but this happened on your property. You can't just say you bear no responsibility at all. So, I'll just accept it this time, but I urge everyone to be careful if you stay here. You never know what might happen, and you could end up having to deal with the consequences yourself. This review represents my personal opinion only.

Located at No. 1 Space City East Road, this hotel is within walking distance of the airport and AsiaWorld-Expo! No need to worry about layovers. There's a free shuttle every half hour to and from Tung Chung Station, making it easy to access the Ngong Ping 360 cable car (the stunning mountain and city views seen by the two kids in the cable car are a highlight here!). Rare for Hong Kong, the rooms are spacious! A twin room is perfectly fine for 2 adults and 2 children. Features include floor-to-ceiling sea view windows and a small sofa for guests. I personally tested it, and the facilities are in great condition, plus the bathroom amenities are super comfortable. √ Exclusive access to connecting parking spaces 19-25 at T2 car park. √ Ngong Ping 360 cable car is right at Tung Chung Station (the mountain, sea, and city views captured by other guests are truly stunning!). Extra tips: Pool + gym facilities are well-equipped. The breakfast buffet is extensive (but I recommend going early to avoid queues). Some room types offer views of the airport runway. You absolutely must take the cable car from Tung Chung Station! The scene of my two boys looking out the window at the scenery was captured here, with the incredibly impressive mountain, sea, and city skyline as the backdrop~ PS: You can book an airport view room in advance before checking in. For families with kids, remember to choose connecting rooms for better value!

The room was clean with a great sea view from the window. The king-size bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Service was excellent, and the Hong Kong-style breakfast was delicious. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

The hotel is super close to the exhibition center, within walking distance, and they even offer free shuttle services to the airport and shopping areas, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are also very spacious and offer great value for money.

Five stars, highly recommend the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott! Its location is unbeatable. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the airport and Tung Chung MTR station, and you can even walk to AsiaWorld-Expo. It's super convenient for layovers, concerts, or shopping at Citygate Outlets. The rooms are exceptionally spacious for Hong Kong at this price point. The sea view rooms offer stunning vistas, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and the airport, making for breathtaking sunset views. The entire room was meticulously clean, and the marble bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The bedding was soft yet supportive, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any plane noise at all, allowing for a peaceful sleep until morning. The amenities are top-notch: a 25-meter heated indoor pool, a 24-hour gym with full equipment, and the Quan Spa. The Executive Lounge offers drinks and snacks all day, and the TWG tea bags are high quality. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, and the Marriott Chinese Restaurant serves authentic Cantonese cuisine. The staff are bilingual, attentive, and polite; check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly handled. Staying here makes travel easy and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Hong Kong!

This hotel is perfect for watching shows at AsiaWorld-Expo. It has a direct link to the venue, is close to the airport, and you can even see planes taking off. The noise is much less than expected, thanks to the thick windows. While it's not in the city center, the rooms are spacious and come with an ice bucket. I ordered some ice and it arrived very quickly – perfect for chilling a bottle of champagne (which, by the way, is quite affordable in Hong Kong!). When it was time to leave, the shuttle bus got me to the airport in just a few minutes.

The hotel was nice, with spacious and clean rooms, and the breakfast was excellent. The gym was also great, though I had to ask the front desk for directions as there were no clear signs. Just be aware that this hotel has a strict no-cancellation policy once booked. My request to cancel due to a flight delay was denied, and even the Trip.com staff couldn't help. Luckily, I made my flight in the end.
