This hotel isn't in the town center, so I wouldn't recommend it. Krabi town center is much livelier, with better options for food, accommodation, and travel agencies. There's no elevator, and the bed in the room was really uncomfortable. The lobby on the first floor is always open and there's no air conditioning, which means there are a lot of bugs throughout the entire building.

Very nice hotel with very friendly people Location is a little remote from “Walking Street” where more restaurants and action can be found. Hotel is a Posthal but feels like a normal hotel to us. Breakfast is very limited and we went into town “Much & Mellow” Also for dinner you need a ride to down town. As a hotel great but food options should be improved especially since it is just too far out of centrum.

I chose this hotel in the city center, never having been to Krabi before. I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness, the air conditioning, and most importantly, the service! All the staff were incredibly friendly.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, the bidet spray was broken, and there was a booking error (it might have been my fault for not checking what kind of room it was; I booked a dorm room and had to upgrade).
