The food on the boat is fantastic, staff are very helpful. The jacuzzi is a lovely little extra and with the happy hour too, after a long day of travelling and then the boat trip. Would definitely recommend.

Our child got sick, his temperature rose to 40 degrees Celsius, and we were allowed to reschedule the trip for any date until the end of the year. We had a wonderful time on the Ambassador Cruise in Ha Long Bay. The limestone cliffs were spectacular, especially the views from the deck at sunrise and sunset, which were unforgettable. Camille and her staff went overboard to accommodate all guests and their personal and dietary needs. Dinner was 5-Star as far as cruise ship dinners go. The ship could use some updating but the experience and excursions were well worth the money.
