Shanshui Trends Hotel (Changsha Wuyi Square Railway Station Store)

Close to Changsha Railway Station, you can take Metro Line 2 directly to Juzizhou Head and Yuelu Mountain, or directly to Changsha South Railway Station for high-speed rail. The breakfast selection is rich, I especially liked the congee, coffee, and sweet potatoes. The soy milk was pure and delicious, and there were also bread slices to make your own sandwiches.

Facilities: Pretty good, excellent in fact. Well-equipped and the air conditioning worked great. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the bed was quite soft and comfortable. Environment: Lots of dining options nearby, very convenient. Service: The service was quite attentive, and they have parking available.

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station and plenty of good food options nearby, like Xinhua Restaurant and Yuanwei Noodle Shop – no worries about finding a meal even during Chinese New Year! There's also a traditional Chinese medicine hospital next door and it's very close to Changsha Railway Station. Plus, there's a park right across the street. Getting to Wuyi Square and Wanjiali Square is a breeze from here.

It's super convenient to get to the train station – just a quick walk. The price is pretty good for what you get. If you need to catch a train, this is a solid choice. May Day Square isn't far either, and bubble tea delivery arrives really fast.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the AC was nice and cold. Breakfast was also good. It's right next to the Bank of China and only a 10-minute walk to Changsha Railway Station.

Arriving at 2 AM with an early flight to catch, I stayed at what was formerly the Civil Aviation Hotel, now renamed Sanshui Fashion Hotel. The king-size room was pretty good, quite spacious. I have allergies, and often react to poor bedding, but after a night's sleep, I had no issues, so the bedding must have been clean. The shower had great hot water and good pressure. My only complaint was the tiny sink; it's the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. Overall, it was decent. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful with directions. The security guard even helped me find the airport shuttle schedule late at night. I needed to send a client off at the airport, so I asked the front desk for a late check-out until 2 PM. For just over 100 RMB, it was a good value for a transitional night. It's perfect for those with tight schedules, needing to take a train from Changsha Station and then head to the airport. If you have high expectations for your room or hotel, then this might not be for you.
